Sensai Jackie and Sensai John run a great dojo, our son has been attending for several years. It's a fun inviting environment and the kids really like it. They challenge you to do your best while providing guidance and some history behind the training. I like enough that I've now joined myself.

We met Sensei Jaquie through our local YMCA. The classes were reasonably priced and good times for my family. It has been nearly a year since my kids have been taking classes with Sensei. She is the BEST! Besides teaching them karate she is teaching them respect and discipline. If you are worried that your kid might "act out" when dropped off (cry, tantrum, etc.), fear not!, she is a mother and she does a marvelous job getting them calmed down. I no longer have to stay in the room to keep my child in class. I have been so pleased that I am now taking the family class with my kids and I love it. In addition, she and Sensei Jon host Ninja nights at the dojo. My kids thoroughly enjoyed this and will be talking about it for days! You can't go wrong selecting Revolution Ryu as your dojo. They are lovely people with a genuine love for karate and instruction.

If you are looking for glorified babysitters for your kids, then this is not the place for them. The instructors will not only teach your kids martial arts. They will teach them how to become good fighters, great students at school and respectful children to their parents. Dojo is Yamashita affiliate.

Exactly what a dojo should be like. Enrolled myself and added my 3 kids after making sure it is the environment I wanted for them. Just the right amount of discipline for the kids, as well as fun and challenging for us all.

Amazing instructors gave our son a great karate beginning at the YMCA, and then invited us over to this beautiful, new Dojo to take his training to the next level. What stands out is the distance so many parents/ families are willing to travel . My 3 year old son just started training with them a few months ago. Sensei Jacquie and Sensei Jon are very family oriented. They treat the students with a great deal of respect, and understand their personalities. From the moment you walk through the door you get this wonderful feeling. Love this place.

Sensei Jon and Sensei Jackie are awesome instructors and great people. They opened their dojo around a year ago and it is beautiful inside. They not only teach at their dojo but at several local schools in the area including the Mottino YMCA in Oceanside. If you are looking for a place that will help you and/or family in so many positive ways, I highly recommend you come see them at the dojo or at the YMCA. They offer no high pressure long contracts. You can go month to month to see if it is a good fit for you and your family. Great prices!! My oldest daughter and I have been training with them for about 3 to 3 1/2 years now. My youngest daughter just started as well. We all Love it!

You have to see it to believe it, this Dojo looks amazing. My wife and I were looking for a place to enroll our 6 year old daughter and decided on Champion Eyes after meeting the owners and seeing the Dojo. They are very family oriented and made it easy for our daughter to get started. We watched her really enjoy the lessons and progress. Eventually I signed up so I could join in on the fun. They have a lot of depth in martial arts and train some really good people, but they can work with young kids and old guys too. They are passionate about Karate, and it shows in the lessons and how they work with their students. If you or your kids are thinking about starting Karate, you definitely should go by and take a look and meet the folks involved, you will be impressed.

Excellent instructors that gave our son a great karate beginning at the Mottino YMCA brought us over to this beautiful, new Dojo to take his training to the next level. What stands out is the distance so many parents/ families are willing to travel (when it's not hard to find several "karate" studios in close proximity.) In my opinion, it the excellence of their instructors, both in skill and personal character that builds trust and long lasting relationships. There is a true sense of community and excellence in training. I don't know much about karate- but as parents, we do have experience seeking out excellent coaches and teachers for our children. They know their students- and seek to understand their personalities, strengths, and weaknesses - you can't go wrong with people like that who support and encourage your child's development of skill and character.
