The store is clean and nice. People are generally friendly there. However, they made some kind of error when I didn't pick up a prescription on time and flat out refuse to accept there was maybe a simple clerical error when restocking. The attitude of the person was terrible. Now I have to spend hours trying to fix their error. Luckily CVS has arrived up the street.

Staff is always caught up in their own world instead of addressing customers. Good luck trying to call and get an answer from any department.

The only reason I’m giving this low score was because of the manager he was so rude . Usually we have great service from the Pharmacy and The associates. But this guy was the worst how he talked to his employees to how he was talking with the customers. If you hate your job that bad leave.

Rite Aid on Coast Hwy. in Oceanside has friendliest & helpful Pharmacy. They are competent, cheerful & short waits if any. Also better prices on prescriptions.

Is sad that I took my family to get ice cream to this location because we were coming out of town we get there and they had really Bad customer service, rude employees with no manners & attitude. Even my kids show them manners. I do not recommended this location for anything

Clean and friendly store, we took a last minute mini trip to oceanside and had absolutely nothing. We got snacks, a cooler, sunscreen and all the necessary essentials that we needed for that weekend. Lucky for us they also had flip flops and swim trunks here. However it was a bit pricey but that's on us for not being prepared and buying everything last minute.

Best pharmacy service I've ever had, been going here for about 7 years and have always gotten Awesome service and pretty good prices. The stuff in the store is vast with almost everything and more lol. Awesome staff, great products, Best pharmacy, and some pretty solid ice cream.

I went in to do a return granted I didn’t have my receipt but have a rewards with them and I knew the amount for my transaction plus the date and time. The “manager” Marion clearly didn’t want to look up the receipt. However, since I insisted and wasn’t going to leave without making the return she proceeded to say it’s going to take a while, she continued to help other people in line. Even though she had 2 cashiers and it wasn’t busy, she then still goes and serves someone ice cream. I basically waited over 45min for her to finally help and go look for the receipt. I always shop here and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had.

I wish this Rite Aid was cleaner and friendlier! I also wish they would fix their Self Photo Center
