I feel like I should've written this review a while ago. The girls at this store are so incredibly helpful! They work really hard to keep the store clean and stocked. They take the time to get to know you and I enjoy coming in. I hope the holidays are kind to you. I know it's a crazy time working in a store like that! I just wanted to let you girls know how fabulous you are!

Precyous L. is a b***** Freaked out on me for placing my products on the counter because she didn't want to lose track of the items she had scanned... How is that even my problem and there was only 3 types of products I was buying..... Was so rude to the lady in front of me too. And then her friend came in and she suddenly wasn't a b***** Like magic.

Love coming in here! The people working are almost always friendly! Prices are decent if you're not picky and know how to find the deals. Of course, there's a better selection online and free shipping, but I prefer in-store. Their new system has made purchasing far easier. Thankful for that! I do, however, loathe this parking lot.

The red headed curly hair lady was rude when I put to her attention that the prices she rang up was more than the prices that were displayed on the shelves. She only honored the advertised price of one of my items out of the 2 that were wrongly rung up. When I first told her I’d the price difference she just said it’s ringing up this price so I took it upon my self to show her what was displayed and when I told when about the second item and showed her again she was like “I can’t change everything for u” N I showed her again the tag and she took the tag off the shelf and said again “I’m not gonna change everything for u”. She just seems annoyed with her job. Anyways my receipt said her name is jasmine so I went to the customer service website and reported my experience there. I didn’t realize it would hurt her feelings so much that the wrong prices were being advertised.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff is great .... BUT the computer system SUCKS!!! When it's ACTUALLY working it's so so slow... and most of the time it's down which means the poor employees have to hand write down all of our products. Constantly making me run late for my clients. Today i came in with 50 minutes before my client was arriving which should be sufficient enough time given my shops only 10 minutes away but NOPE! been standing in line over 20 minutes now... salon centric you are a HUGE company and should have this lingering problem solved by now!

THE ULTIMATE WORST LOCATION!!! Warning, if you get the lady named Shamar expect to get the WORST AND I MEAN WORST customer service experience ever. She's is BEYOND rude, eye rolled at me numerous times and talks with a condescending tone of voice that is so inappropriate for an employee at a well known business. The manager as well is not helpful or nice in any way. Go to the San Marcos location instead where you will be treated with respect.
