Items usually better stocked than other Sephora in the area. But probably because people get tired of waiting for someone to check them out so they just leave like I did.

Stopped by to pick up some sunscreen after waiting on line for 10 minutes the woman helped me to find the right one. When we walked back to the register there was no one standing there so I assumed she was going to ring me up. She said “I’m sorry these people are before you, I was helping them before.” I did not see her helping them because she spent so much time checking someone out while I stood on line waiting to ask for assistance.I don’t like the way I was treated because all she had to do was ring me up instead of having to go to the back to get a one ounce bottle of perfume for someone, luckily someone came back for lunch and I was able to get rung up and out of there.I definitely won’t be going back there.

I had such an amazing time at this Sephora! Amy helped me out and so did Chyanne. Picked out the FlowerBomb Nectar for my summer fragrance! ? And the TooFaced Lip Ingection Max Plumper for my lips I LOVE ? Will definitely be coming back because of quality of care they give there customers

This Sephora is not good. Many items were out of stock, very disorganized, and testers were dirty. It seemed unclean. Everything looked and felt dirty and greasy. The woman working today was rude and ignored us for a long time.

The sales associate Amy was so pleasant!! I was in the need of moisturizer, she was very patient and answered every question. I went home with a few samples. Will be back to purchase switchover, moisturizer, and primer I fall in love with!! Thank you AMY!!!

Sephora!!! I love this store!!! Judith was amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed. The Sephora added that fun spark that Kohl's needed.

I use to love this Kohl's and now that Sephora is apart of it (I'm no longer a fan of this store ). My daughter and I went into Kohl's to make an Amazon return, look for an eyeshadow and get some work clothes for my daughter who has just graduated from college. I had a 30% off coupon to use. I was excited. I even wrote a 5 star Yelp review for this store and the associates awhile back. We went into the new Sephora first. I asked the associate (who did not greet us and we were the only ones in that department at the time) if they sold single colors of a palette. She told me no just the palette. I pulled out a single color of an eye shadow I had with me and asked if they carried single colors of this brand. She said no so I put the eye shadow back in my bag which was right in front of me in the shopping cart (been that way the whole time). After I roamed the area I found the eye shadow in a single color like I had asked but was told no. Immediately after finding it I showed my daughter and right behind her were two young guys dressed in all black looking at us. I have worked retail for over 24 years and knew they were security. As I continued to walk around in Sephora as my daughter kept looking guys kept eyeing me. So I kept walking towards them, one even said hello to me and I said hello right back. I was like did she just call security on me thinking I stole something. Then I could hear the two guys saying this is why I'm wasting my 10 minute break on . Anyways I asked my daughter to go get the return that I left in the car. I made the return and then we proceeded to the women's department to look for business clothes (a white and blue shirt and a blazer and pants). I saw another slender woman associate walk past us (I knew also looking at us). I was already annoyed with security and the girl and it was really making me upset with this lady now looking at us. They will definitely need more training on how to watch people while doing security. I've had plenty having worked previous retail. My daughter tried some shirts on over her tank top and even talked with another associate. We looked for a few more things and couldn't find anything, there wasn't a huge selection . We decide to go check out and I used my coupons, I had her look up my Kohl's account so security could have all of my info because a thief wouldn't do that. As we were leaving my daughter wanted to look at shoes so I was like go ahead since we are still here. It was really bothering me about the girl not knowing her product and calling security or security just coming on their own. As my daughter and I went to the shoe department I thought about saying something to the girl in Sephora. I told my daughter I'm headed back to the exit. As I got to Sephora I pulled out my eye shadow and grabbed an eye shadow off the shelf. I walked up to the counter where there was now 2 associates and not either one said hello. I told the girl this is my eye shadow from home that I have had for 5 years (you can see how it's been smeared and my foundation is on it and the writing in the back is almost gone). This is a single eye shadow I asked for earlier that you told me you didn't sell. I then told her that I wanted her to know that this Sephora does sell the eye shadow I asked for and in many single eye shadows colors. Then I told her to also tell security that they have those same colors so next time she doesn't have to call them and to watch everyone. The associate next to her laughed. I then proceeded to walk towards the security door and yelled out watch everyone. I stayed in the parking lot on my phone and called for a manger. As I am waiting for a manger to get on the phone I see the same security outside looking at my car and talking to someone outside. The manage apologizes and ask if there is anything she could do. At this point I wanted nothing to do with Kohl's. I live 5 minutes away and will bypass this Kohls to go to a Kohl's 20 minutes away and if I'm treated the same there I
