I was helped by Kaylynn and she was amazing I explained to her I had been very sick and needed hair wash and haircut. She was very thoughtful and kind. I explained I needed eyebrows waxed but under my condition I didn’t want to drive around to look for a place she told me they did it there which was very convenient. She also told me if I just needed a hair wash I can come anytime. She took her time with me and did a great job.

Arrived on time for my appointment. She was just starting someone else. No respect for people's time. She was clearly young and inexperienced. When I called I asked if she was experienced with a Pixie. Nothing upsets me more than a greedy stylist who is clearly a few years out of school and not experienced on a difficult hair style just to make money. Run from this salon. Don't make appointments either.. they don't work.

I asked for a trim. I specifically said, long bangs….do not cut up over my ear. She slashed my hair all up. Short bangs, all cut up over ear. Total boy cut. I can’t even get a curling iron over it. She didn’t know how to cut hair. She cut my entire perm off.
