Dropped by this easy to find spacious shop while visiting in town doing alot of surfing in the area. Found a changing mat for another surfer in the family and the wetsuit booties I was looking for. Had lots of leashes to choose from too. Staff was friendly and made conversation aside from the usual "did you find everything you were looking for?" which was welcoming and nice. Decent selection of boards and overall gear and priced as you would expect for the typical surf brands. I'd drop by again for sure the next time in the area if I need anything.

Jonás and Kendra saved my day! a car run over my skate and one track and 2 wheels were completely destroyed. couldn't find a carver truck anywhere. this guys spent 1 hours trying to find a solution and they did the impossible do I could skate that day! great people! I couldnt be more grateful

Surf ride is the best shop in town. They have a large variety of surfboards, wetsuits, a skate shop, and everything else that a full service shop should have. I've bought so many boards, fins, bags, wetties, and other surfing paraphernalia from them that I should have stock in the company. The staff is really cool too. Tyler and Kyle are always welcoming.

My brother took me here to upgrade my equipment after quite a number of years without use. Kyle and the staff (wish I remembered their names) upstairs in the board area, were exceptional! I'm not a young guy and needed quite a bit of help choosing the right gear for me. All the staff was friendly supper knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and left ready to hit the surf. I wont hesitate to return if I have any surf questions. The shop is not as close to me as some others but I will not shop anywhere else. Thanks Surf Ride

I absolutely love this surf shop. I've been going to this shop for 23 years now, and it/they never disappoints. The customer service is great, and their inventory to match is right on par. If you're looking to go surfing, or want some trendy clothing, this is the place to go to. Don't look any further.

Good selection of products and boards but horrible customer service. Asked for assistance in purchasing fins — just needed some recommendations. The person assisting me was dismissive and told me “whatever.” Manager working downstairs was egotistical and made sure to make me feel like I was wrong about all my purchases. Loved the store, great variety but the atmosphere felt tense. Not friendly.

Surf Ride cares to make things right. Had a wetsuit under warranty sent in for repairs and things out of their control caused long delays. John and the crew went above and beyond to get me sorted out quickly.I was really impressed and would encourage anyone having a problem to reach out they care to have happy customers. Thank you!

Store is run by kids with no adult supervision. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Would rather shop at a surf shop with some soul and where I can talk to and adult.

Bought an overpriced surfboard from them that didn't hold up. Went to see if they could help me get a better board and make me feel better about the first mistake I bought and they didn't make things any better. Don't waste your breathe trying to get help from the employees.

For the surfer salesman who were very helpful with suggestions and did an attentive job when rigging the new board like it was important to get it as close to perfect as possible. Great work! Appreciated!
