Walked in and waited at customer service for the two who were working behind the counter to acknowledge me. After they stood there laughing and giggling with each other completely ignoring me I walked away and decided to ask my question down at the tech department. I have now been waiting here for a good ten minutes without a sign of an employee to help me. This store has HORRIBLE customer service.

Located on College and Freeway 76 same plaza as McD. Really like coming here. Lots to shop for toys, clothing, appliances, and electronics. I like how there's a self check out line as well as regular check out line. However the fitting rooms are a mess. Everything is unorganized and there's not a lot of staff picking up or cleaning up rooms. I've been to other target stores and they are managed better. Customer service side is OK. They were able to process returns quick. However it's easier if you have your original receipt. Items are not as stocked. Even if I looked online and numbers don't match the inventory in store. Had to walk around several times to get the right employee to check items to see if they are in stock.

My experience at this Target was very much the equivalent of Nene going to see Kenya at her hotel room. I should've went to my usual Target. Shelves damn near empty, store was a little unkempt and they didn't have any Cactus Cooler soda. I feel offended.

Target is my playground. I walk around for hours looking at all the s*** I wish I could buy. Unfortunately, this Target which is my "neighborhood" location, has a lot of room for improvement in terms of stocking, and just looking nice. Beauty section is abysmal. But, alas, Target will always get 5 stars in my book. (reward program anyone?!) This visit I got a beautiful touchscreen 15" laptop for 40% off. Must I say anymore?

Shelfs are empty. A lot of them. Customers and stockers tend to stop in the middle of aisle and doesn't care who the block. I had to turn around 90% of the aisles one of the aisles had a stocker with 2 carts on either side of the aisles. He looked at me and continued to stock. Never moving a cart so I can go through instead of turning around and find an aisle that someone else isn't blocking so I can go to the other side to get that I want. Checkers either don't bag your items unless you buy their bags or they like you. They also are extremely slow and getting another checker is a maybe. Nothing like feeling like I am bothering them. I will not go back to that location. I hate Walmart but at least you don't expect much. But you have a store that is stocked better.

I went there to pick up an online order and it wasn't ready. No big deal, but then I asked if I could go back to electronics and get the product myself and then just ring it up under the current order and the kid said I couldn't do that. I'd have to cancel the online order that was paid for by my wife a different card I didn't have on me and pay with a pay for it at the register. So I say, I'm pretty much willing to do your job for you so and all you have to do is scan it as if you went back to electronics and keep the sale, and he said, they pull the items in batches, which would mess up the system. Now I understand there are ways of doing things, but out of shear willingness to maintain customer satisfaction, is there not a work around that would've allowed him to just let me have my product that was already paid for instead of being unwilling to help me and then going off to a corner and chatting with his coworkers? We cancelled the sale and ordered the product from Amazon for cheaper anyway. Thanks for saving us money!!!

Today I came into Target and everyone was friendly and welcoming!!! I was able to find all my essential needs and was even helped by the nicest cashier. Her name was Mia she was very sweet, professional, and helping!! I will definitely be returning :)

I placed an Online pickup item right before my phone died as I was out running errands. I walked into target not knowing if my order was ready and explained that I did not have my phone and asked if my order was ready. The employee checked if my order was ready by ID. He looked it up and said it wasn't ready and it would be 15-20 min....for one item. I asked if I could just get the item myself and he said I would still have to pay. I got the item in less than 2 min, as I walking out I got a message that said my item is ready for pick up. Horrible customer service!!!! He was very rude and not helpful at all.

Walked in and the customer service line blocked anyone from getting through..... Super Lame, one register opened and long line to self check out. The clothing area is so dirty & opened packages everywhere.

Finished our shopping and just trying to get some Starbucks for the road when an employee proceeded to walking my stroller with both my kids still in it look up and say "oh" and walk away. Simple apology would be nice

Employees are extremely rude & had to chase 2 crew members down just for some help on the toy aisles. while still shopping by the garden/home decor, 2 other girls were running around chasing each other. Playing tag in the store while wearing uniform, then they went through the double doors. Extremely inappropriate

I had to go grocery shopping today and needed to pick up a few things from my local Target Store. I love shopping at this Target Store location all of their sales associates are very friendly and very helpful to me. I asked Alina who was stocking the shelves this afternoon in the personal care area where is their paper towels and napkins located at? Alina has a very friendly personality and we even talked for few minutes about other things. Alina told me these paper towels and the paper napkins are located on Ailse B4. I said thank you Alina and I told her I am still trying to get use to every thing that is located on their stores shelves. Since I have only shopped at this Target Store a few times. These Target Grocery Store items prices are a little bit more higher than Walmart Supercenter Store prices but I saw a lot of sales that was advertised today on the Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinners was 2 for $6.00 and their Enzo Frozen Chicken Enchilada Bowl and the Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese Bowl the sale price said 2 for $7.00. That is a good deal for me because I eat frozen meals sometimes when I don't have the time to cook my main meals at my home. I told Alina I will be doing my grocery shopping in their store more often on a frequent basis because I like the fact that this Target Store really cares about their customers When I did my grocery shopping at my local Walmart Supercenter Store last week sometime it was on a Thursday on April 22, 2022 and the time was at 5 p.m. this Walmart Store was very busy with a lot of customers and there was only one cashier working at this cash register. There were 20 people waiting in line. Some other stores like this Walmart Supercenter Store, their cashiers doesn't call for more cashiers to help reduce their long line of customers waiting to pay for their groceries and I have seen on their customers faces just like my face was very angry last Thursday because I was in a rush to get home that specific day. Walmart's Management Style is horrible and their assistant manager and the store manager doesn't care about their customers welfare at all. Unlike this Target Store that I have been currently doing most of my grocery shopping on a current basis. I spoke to one of their employees and she told me that if a Target Cashier sees their line of customers have about 5 customers in their line that cashier will call on their paging system for another cashier to help move their lines faster and so their customers can go home sooner. I learned this Target Store really does care about all of their customers welfare. Their customers are their most important asset in their Target Store. Target Store employees like Alina, Daphne and James today have given me excellent customer service. I am always very satisfied when I do either my grocery shopping at Target or I shop for makeup, clothing, or accessory items at this Oceanside location. I highly recommend shopping at this Target Store.

If i could, i would give this Target no stars. So me and my fiancée were in search of 48"-84" Tension Rod by Room Essentials and found them scattered throughout Southern California. We inquired on the phone to see if these were in stock at a few locations and we called this Oceanside East Target location. My fiancée then asked the employee if they had these in the store and this employee took the item number to look it up in their inventory system and said that there was like at least 2-3 in-stock. This employee who told us his name is, "Vlad" if he could put them on hold since we would be coming from the Chula Vista area to pick them up. Employee said there were all the ones that were in stock set are gonna be set aside and just to go to customer service to pick them up as my fiancée had placed them in her cart on the Target phone app. Upon our arrival to the Oceanside East Target parking lot my fiancée received a notification that the items were out of stock which was weird cause they said that they were holding them on the side for us to purchase. My fiancée spoked to Justin at the customer service desk who then said there was not anymore of the Tension Rods in stock and that the person we spoke to that was supposedly going to put them aside for us, was off his shift. I then told my fiancée that we can go looking inside the Target since we drove such a long way and we could double-check to see if they really did not have any of the Tension Rods on the shelf. We made our way back to the store and Justin from customer service is running back to us to give a gift card for $10 and didnt even say anything about filling out a complaint card. After Justin went back to the front we continued our way to Aisle H17 where all the curtain rods were displayed and found a Tension Rod just hanging there even after the the Target phone app gave us the notification that they were sold out and Justin saying that there was none currently in the store. (Picture of Tension Rod taken while in store) I then told my fiancée to show the Tension Rod to customer service and ask for a manager on duty. We get there and to our surprise Justin said that there was no manager on duty and finally gave us a complaint card to fill out which my fiancée filled out front and back. Justin then claimed that a manager or higher up would reach out to us about this discrepancy but its been a few weeks now or maybe a month so I highly doubt that the complaint card has seen the light of day. Moral of the story is this Target is up to some shady business and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau cause of their lack of customer service and work ethic.

I have seen my wife wear this shirt on a few occasions recently and it always looks so good on her! One day I was doing the laundry and took a picture of the shirt and sent it to her saying how much I loved seeing this on her She told me it was from this target and so I had to give you guys credit for this one!!! Hopefully there are some other colors as well :)
