I've visited this target plenty of times and I've got to hand it to them; they've certainly cleaned up the sales floor a LOT here at this location.
I've gone here before and it was in complete disarray, clothing everywhere, lots of things out of stock; just a total disaster. At that time, it made the experience of "going to Target" really disappointing, tbh.
This trip, it was actually "fun" to be here! It was easy to pick out clothing for me and my son. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. They weren't "begrudgingly" interacting with us like some retail experiences. It seemed like those on shift were glad to help.

The cashier with red hair and clown makeup is really rude and shows zero customer service. She barely even spoke during our interaction. Why don’t you teach her some basic customer service skills?

Went in to buy the new Meta Quest 3 ($499) when I got home to unbox it I noticed it was already unboxed, Inside it was a mess, the controllers had scuff marks on them and the head strap was dirty. It wasn’t labeled as an open box item and they charged me full price. Huge waste of time and money to come back and get a refund. Unbelievable coming from a target.

This Target had Whole milk in containers not requiring refrigeration.
Many other items as well- but that was the purpose of my visit.

Customer service was OK and it was a standard Target experience. My lower than usual rating was the hygiene in the bathroom. The worst target bathroom I have ever seen. The floor was soaked in urine which was being tracked by everyone out into the store. You could see feces on the floor as well. There is no way any store manager who cares about their reputation would allow this. If I was an employee would I wash my hands in there---probably not. But I will go and work in the food court or grocery. You get my point, this is how you get people really sick. I am sure Target corp. cares about this and will take care of it.

Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.

It's always busy but staff is usually friendly and helpful. Selection is good but displays are sometimes jumbled. But...it's Target!

This Target is overall pretty solid. There's a hot dog/elote guy in front too. They closed all the self checkout lines so there were long checkout lines, so then they decided to open the self checkout lines. Why did they even close them?! I got a pair of cute socks but then discovered at checkout that it was just a single sock...so then I had to go back and get a real pair.

Still hate Target. Haven't been in one for more than 4yrs. Store was disorganized, the day of Halloween I had to go ask 3 people where candy was and of course it was in the back of the store. Displays where horrible and sloppy
