Great customer service! Glynn was attentive to our needs and explained the repair process to us. This auto repair shop takes care of everything, from calling me to schedule the dropped, to working with my insurance for approval. Work was completed in two days, super quick and easy.

My Toyota Tacoma truck got rear-ended. I had trouble working with other collision centers for weeks and was recommended to come here. I was so thankful that Terrys was amazing at communicating with me and helping me get my car properly repaired. They have amazing service. They answer their phones and worked diligently with the insurance to help me get back on the road. Highly recommend. Very professional and reasonable.

My truck got side-swiped so of course, I took it to Terry’s. Why? Because I know they’re locally owned and have been a staple in the city of Oceanside for my whole life…
Family vibe as soon as I walked in. I don’t remember names, but the lady up front took care of me so quick. She took my truck in and had the rental car place there to pick me up within minutes. It was a perfect experience.
While they had the truck, they handled everything with my insurance and kept me updated regularly on the status along the way.
Final result? Got my truck back looking like brand new again. They fixed the dents, got scratches out, and repainted to the exact color. Even threw a new step-ladder on there. Along with all of the other safety details… I’m happy, and even more, grateful to have Terry’s Auto Body take care of my truck when I was in need.

Last month, I was rear ended in my first-ever collision, and I called my dealership who directed me to Terry’s for the repair— I couldn’t be more grateful that this is the shop who took care of me and my car. Terry's Auto Body & Paint are extremely trust worthy, skilled artists and technicians, and meet their deadlines. My son and I took our Genesis Coupes to Terry's for bodywork. I have an older model and the blue paint deteriorated on the wing, and my side mirror broke. They are a very busy shop, but they honor our loyalty by doing smaller jobs.
They ordered a new drivers side mirror, painted it, and called when it was ready. Took 30 minute to mount and I was on my way! They matched the paint perfectly without having the car. Saving me time and money.
When you visit them it's like being with family. They are family owned, and the nicest, friendliest people. Trust them to treat you right.
