The most easiest, convenient, most professional experience I have ever had. A printing project that I thought was going to take hours was easily resolved by Sydney who really took it into her own hands to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I was quoted so much money elsewhere for the same project and paid a fraction of the price here. Can not thank this girl enough. Will definitely be back.

If you need help at a UPS Store in Oceanside California, be SURE to reach out to Manager Sydney on Market. Sydney definitely bent over backwards to help me with getting a package delivered after having problems previously! Sydney is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and yet has a BIG HEART reaching out to all the incoming customers. Thanks so much Sydney for OUTSTANDING HELP!

This is my neighborhood UPS store and I have visited them a bunch over the years with Amazon returns, shipping, etc. I had to go full 1980's retro and fax something today, and it made me realize something about this location. They are always fantastic. Reasonable prices, very efficient, and, most importantly, the associates are ridiculously kind. Whoever runs this place obviously puts great customer service first, and that is really neat to see. Thanks Oceanside UPS folks and I'll look forward to using your services in the future.

Just so you know, if you have a prepaid label like I do from Samsung, they're still gonna charge you $3 to have them printed out and put it on there for you. So your best option is to go to another ups that prints it out for free, or find a locker that you just scan. The code from your phone and put in there for free.

We received excellent service from Noemi today (10/22).
She was welcoming, friendly, patient and extremely professional. All our tasks were completed quickly and efficiently.
Noemi is a real asset to this UPS Store, and we look forward to seeing her again on our next visit.

The most dishonest ups store in the area. Avoid this place like the plague. Not only that they did it ship out package that day when I saw the UPs driver at the front and they assured me that it will go out. But they also charged us a 32$ holding fee because we had a package go there at 8am and picket it up at 8:22am. I have never seen such ripoff at any ups stores. Do not send any packages here use FedEx instead they are not far.

Wow. I go to a lot of UPS stores, and this store in Oceanside is incredible. The employee who helped me was named Dominique, and Dominique was so professional and helpful. I highly recoommend this store.

Absolutely blown away by the amazing service I received today at the Oceanside UPS store.
I had to send a very large package and, honestly, I didn’t expect much help—usually UPS locations are super busy and it’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile. But today, Noemi, Vivica, and Dominique completely changed my experience.
Not only did they help me wrap the package, but they waited for me, helped carry it together, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I’ve never experienced that kind of support at a UPS store before.
Their kindness, teamwork, and positive energy truly stood out—and that kind of service makes all the difference. I’m beyond grateful. From now on, I’ll be skipping the Carlsbad location and coming straight to Oceanside for anything I need.
