Currently I'm having a difficult time with only one u-hual employee out of the many times that I have rented uhals I have never before had a problem with any other u-hual employee.

Unbelievable! I'm pulling out of an establishment just north of this Uhaul location, and I see this pickup pulling a trainer that I assume was just picked up. The trailer doors were swinging open while he was driving down PCH headed south, hitting everything in sight, I had to slam my car into reverse so my car didn't get hit, but I saw other things hit and maybe destroryed. I finally was able to catch up to the driver to let him know, and he said sorry and that Uhaul just called him to let him know that they left the doors open. If anyone has damage, DM PM me, and I'll be glad to be your witness of this complete neglect, file a police report, or talk to your insurance. Wow, so unbelievable!!!

Worst customer service experience and that's saying so much. The agents don't know what they are doing from the management down. Alicia(General Manager) hung up on me three times in one day. Beyond disappointment in how things have been handled. I was told 5 business days would get my refund I'm still waiting. Every person here needs training because Noone knows what they are doing. Your best bet is to find somewhere else to rent because this place Wil damage your property like it did mine.

Alicia the manager needs training in proper customer service. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. The manager was extremely rude. I called to see if I could change my reservation, so I could drop it off at another U-Haul location. The person I was on the phone with Max, was very helpful and polite. however I could hear Alicia yelling in the background " don't do it" and " I will make sure he gets charged" in what seemed to be a threatening manner. Not to mention they refused to give me the exact amount I would be charged if I left the trailer at another location. I had plans to rent more stuff, but I absolutely refuse to use this location ever again. zero stars.

I always get good customer service when they refill my large propane tanks you don't have to go up to the front to pay you can pay by card at the refill spot

Horrible service, horrible communication, horrible attitude both in person and over the phone, Alicia the store manager is by far the most unprofessional and rude person I've dealt with at "ANY" establishment, if I could give a 0 star review I would, customers please beware and search other options prior to this location Alicia (760) 429 8130

Make sure your check the mileage of the vehicle before leaving the rental place and check it when you returning. We got charged for a wrong mileage. They charged us for 30 some miles. But we calculated its about 12 miles total trip. Big mistake! UHaul at S Coast Highway. Rented a box truck for less than 3 hrs and it’s pouring rain 11/15/23

Thai was awesome! We came in after making a reservation the same day for a one way. Thai was working the front desk and I must admit, he was one of the most pleasant people I've come across! Husband & I had a wonderful conversation with him, as no one was waiting. He's a good kid! Give him a big fat raise!
