Clean and organized. Very nice and fair. Also a great place to get free boxes as they have a box exchange. They also sell all sizes of boxes including wardrobe boxes. Very conveniently located off PCH in Oside for all the beach and military people who need them. They rent a lot of trucks - it's a busy place.

I gave you a 4 only because I didn't get the hitch installed. I was able to purchase the hitch I needed to install myself. The only reason I installed myself is because I had a tight schedule and couldn't wait for future opening. I called to confirm the item was on hand and upon arrival to pick everything was great and the representatives on sight were professional, courteous, and very helpful.

Alicia the manager needs training in proper customer service. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. The manager was extremely rude. I called to see if I could change my reservation, so I could drop it off at another U-Haul location. The person I was on the phone with Max, was very helpful and polite. however I could hear Alicia yelling in the background " don't do it" and " I will make sure he gets charged" in what seemed to be a threatening manner. Not to mention they refused to give me the exact amount I would be charged if I left the trailer at another location. I had plans to rent more stuff, but I absolutely refuse to use this location ever again. zero stars.

I always get good customer service when they refill my large propane tanks you don't have to go up to the front to pay you can pay by card at the refill spot

Horrible service, horrible communication, horrible attitude both in person and over the phone, Alicia the store manager is by far the most unprofessional and rude person I've dealt with at "ANY" establishment, if I could give a 0 star review I would, customers please beware and search other options prior to this location Alicia (760) 429 8130

Thai was awesome! We came in after making a reservation the same day for a one way. Thai was working the front desk and I must admit, he was one of the most pleasant people I've come across! Husband & I had a wonderful conversation with him, as no one was waiting. He's a good kid! Give him a big fat raise!

Check in was easy - staff on site were great. The truck was clean and ran well - however the driver side visor was broken and continually lowered while i was driving. Not horrible, but not great. Also - the check engine light came on while I was driving - fortunately I was only a couple of blocks from the U-haul dealer.

It's hit or miss. If Dylan is there to do the install it all works well.If he's not, manager does not bother to call those with reservations to cancel.Double check everything you do with the and make sure to call before you go, as the management cannot be trusted to treat customers well.Personally, I would recommend Warners, where they are good, reliable, trustworthy and who know how to run a business and understand customer service.

Absolutely the best U-Haul location I've ever visited. The staff was so nice and friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to refill our freshwater tank on our RV. And made getting propane so easy.
