Box looked a little run down but seemed functional still. Hopefully my box makes it to UPS without issue

They were friendy, quick and efficient. They took my Amazon return without me having to pack it up. I just showed my phone. So easy. YAY!

Works most of the time, but sometimes it takes longer for items to ship. Currently broken and has been for weeks.
