I want to express my sincere appreciation for the passport processing staff member who helped our family recently. Despite a crowded and somewhat chaotic environment—where many visitors were clearly ignoring the posted guidelines—he remained impressively calm, patient, and professional.
We hadn’t made an appointment, and our application process took about 45 minutes, but he never once made us feel rushed or unwelcome. Instead, he handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a kind demeanor that truly stood out.
It’s rare to see someone manage both the demands of a busy workplace and the needs of the public with such poise. We left feeling grateful and impressed. Thank you!

I went to the Oceanside post office to get my baby’s passport, as the building clearly states “passport” on the outside. When I walked up to the counter and explained the purpose of my visit, I started opening up all of our documents—only to be abruptly told that an appointment was required. The post office was completely empty at the time, and it felt like the staff just wanted to rush us out. There was no signage indicating appointments were necessary, and the lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating. Disappointed and won’t be returning here for passport services.

Clerk 25 aka the oldest asian man with glasses and missing hair on top ALWAYS MAKES MISTAKES.
HE HAS COST 2 OF MY PACKAGES TO GET LOST BECAUSE HE IS SLOPPY AND HAS VERY LAZY WORK ETHICS.
IS HE IN A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SUPERVISOR???!!! WHY ARE PEOPLE LIKE HIM EMPLOYEES OF USPS WHEN THEY CLEARLY HATE THE JOB.

Quick and easy - line was short with 3 windows open at 1:45 pm. I use pre- paid labels and request pre-paid acceptance to show the item is in possession of USPS in the tracking for customers. They have everything there. Free priority shipping supplies. 24 hour access to PO boxes. They also have self service machines which is good when it’s real busy. They also take 3 walk ins for passport applications from 8:15 to 9 am Mon Fri without an appt. Better to make an appt. though I added a pic of the passport sign.

don is awesome. came to his office to get my passport application done, i didn’t know that you had to make an appointment, but don, the passport clerk, helped me get it done. he is so nice, friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient to his customers. i recommend don if you need help with your passport.

I have had to give 10 refunds in the past 3 weeks on my eBay sells because nobody in this establishment scans packages when I drop them off in the drop box. The items stay in limbo up to 2 - 3 weeks without a single update. After asking an employee, I was told that at times they don't get scanned until they've reached the designated state where the item will be delivered. That to me is very unprofessional, packages should be scanned immediately after anyone handles them the first time. I've lost out on hundreds of dollars thanks to laziness. Do better!

They lock up the self serve package boxes after hours. Never seen that before. I guess you can only use the self checkout on open hours.
