My experience with regular service is fine. Unfortunately 5 weeks ago a common delivery box in Calle Sobrado was vandalized. The Homeowner Association replaced the delivery box with a new one in a week, but there is a master key lock needs to be installed by the Post Office Personnel. We the neighbors are waiting for over 3 weeks for this master key lock to be installed. I stop by the post office every couple of days to pickup my mail. Today the manager told me no much he can do, the wait can take two months just to install the missing master key, in the meantime, no delivery service. I think this is unreal to take two months to install a master key in the box. I like to see your opinion.

Awesome passport office. You don’t need an appointment but this office is very busy and you need patience. Once I got in things moved quick thanks to Paul and Don’s tag team approach.

I came in yesterday for a passport without an appointment. I waited a little while, and Don took me as a walk in. Without his help I would not have been able to make my trip. Thanks Don!!!

Came in for a walk-in at the post office hoping to get my passport. Don who works the desk was able to get me out of there within 10 minutes and was very helpful and nice despite me not having an appointment. Excellent service and definitely recommend!

The service here was beyond poor. USPS should honestly be ashamed of themselves. We saw people who had waited for hours to get a passport be turned away. In customer service, you have a choice to go above and beyond. Not only was their service terrible and inefficient taking 40 mins per customer but their empathy for others time was worse. If you need to mail something use FED EX or UPS - the United Postal Service is not worth it. Unfortunately it seems to be one of the only options for passports which is disappointing. I hope the government figures out some more efficient systems

I was waiting for a package, it was a bit late but I didn't mind. The postal carrier was in a hurry, gave me my package and left. The next time the carrier came, I said to her that I was come down and get the package so that the carrier didn't have to get out, I was trying to help out . I asked the carrier why they were in a hurry the last time, the carrier said that if they had to be back by 4pm, and if not, they would get scolded by the manager as if they were children. I think they should be fired for treating the carriers like this,it's appalling. The carrier was nice and did their job well.

This post office marked one of my packages as delivered in mailbox, but it was never delivered. Then when I spoke to one of the managers, he said he would contact the carrier then call me back but never did. I suspect my package was stolen by someone from the post office. Management is horrible and offered no resolution….

Don from the passport department was amazing! So kind, courtesy, and helpful! He took me in as a walk-in when the hours had passed and took time out of his own lunch to help me with my application! Thank you Don!!

Everytime I come here, I feel like I'm wasting the clerks time. They always have a bad attitude and are very condescending. The African American lady is the most condescending one there. There's time where I witnessed her yelling at customer. When she helps me she has an attitude. I don't know if she's having a bad day but I don't appreciate the passive aggressiveness. This place needs to work on their customer service. I won't be coming back to this place. Seems like they care more about clearing the line up and getting mail than treating people with respect.

Don in the passport department was so kind and helpful! He didn't have to take me in as a walk-in, but he did out of the kindness of his heart and I couldn't be more thankful! The process for me getting a new passport came suddenly and has been a stressor in my life, and being able to come to the post office and be treated with courtesy and kindness was truly amazing! Thank you Don!

Tracking says they tried to deliver and left written notification. I was home waiting for them. They left no notification nor did they knock, ring the doorbell or anything else. Video surveillance on two seperate cameras one at door view and one at street view, shows no activity from the postal (lack of) service from fifteen minutes before until fifteen minutes after the supposed attempted delivery time.

Awful passport services. They don’t know their own requirements and have multiple signs telling you not to enter until you are called, but will then act like you are late to your appointment. Rude and condescending.

I don’t normally write reviews but after being there today, I have to. The man that helped me today, an older gentleman, was the sweetest man I’ve ever met. I was shipping something for the first time and didn’t know what I was doing. He walked me through it and didn’t make me stand in line again as I filled everything out. Even if I stood in the line again, I would’ve gotten back in the front very quickly, there were 3 clerks and they all seemed quick and polite. I even heard someone else come out and say the man who helped her was so nice. Definitely my preferred post office now even though I live 30 minutes away.
