These stars do not go to Verizon, but instead go personally to Fabian. I want to highly commend Verizon store rep Fabian at this store address 3702 Plaza Dr Ste B, Oceanside, CA 92056.
Fabian provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist me in upgrading my phone after having the last phone stolen. I hope Verizon has some way to commend an outstanding employee like Fabian.

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! My wife and I were lied to from the very moment we asked about upgrading our phones and adding a new line. The trade-ins were never started so we had to jump through hoops to get the correct trade in promo that was promised to us. I wanted to get the Apple Watch Ultra and was told it was ordered and would be arrive in 2 days. 2 days later I come back to the store, watch is not there. I come back 2 days later, watch is not there. Service rep tries to find my order in my account, all she does is scroll back and fourth looking at nonsense on the screen like she is trying to find my order. She ends up calling the all rep who helped us. He then tries to call me on my phone multiple times on my phone, which I don't answer because I don't recognize the number. The service rep tries to come up with some story as to why she can't find my order so I decide to leave and go to a corporate location that had the watch I wanted in stock. As I leave, I turn back to get the service reps name that was attempting to help me. She then turns a little hostile towards me, telling me to just go away. She then throws all blame to the other service rep who attended to me and my wife the week prior saying its not her fault he forgot to order the watch. So long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. My wife and I had to deal with other things that we were lied to but this would turn into a novel. Bottom line, go to a cooperate store.

I went to Verizon on Plaza in Oceanside for a phone upgrade. I was greeted by Zhanyl and team. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. Every question of concern that I had was answered in detail. I received my new phone, and walked away feeling like I was their #1 customer. Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. Highly recommended for those that really appreciate excellent customer service. Thanks for the wonderful experience! Andy

Stay away!!! All sales are final! They don’t do refunds for defective items. Zhanyl R is a horrible customer service rep. Don’t trust this verizon store. They will sell you garbage and when you come back to ask for refund on their garbage accessory’s ( that are not even carried by real verizon stores) they will refund to refund. I’ve had to visit the store four times asking for a refund. First time they asked me to go to a real Verizon store since they said they don’t have access in the system for a sale that they made. Second time I went to the Verizon store in Oceanside and they said that since this is not a actual Verizon store, they can’t do the refund. So I went back to, the original store where I bought those items and they said their Wi-Fi is down so they can’t help me. Fourth time I called no refund.

On a whim I decided to finally upgrade my old phone and I went to the Verizon location off College Blvd. I was greeted right away by the only person working, who was helping two other people. The gals name was Zhanyl, and she was super friendly. She let me know about how long it would be until she could help me out. I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes, and right off the get go she asked great questions and gave me a few options to chose from. Within 30 minutes I had a new phone and all my info had been transferred over. Zhanyl was great at multi tasking and handling multiple customers at one time. I am very satisfied with how my upgrade was handled and who definitely recommend this location. She also installed the screen protection and got me a new case.

I purposely visited this store because of the reviews. They were spot on, especially regarding Issac. He was excellent. Personable and
knowledgeable. Issac made sure he had a good feel for how use my phone. He made suggestions and helped me upgrade my phone, including adding the accessories to it before I left. What a good experience. Thank you to Issac.

Will is AMAZING! He made us super happy, helping us out expertly (whereas call center support was horrific), and helped us transfer a family members phone over from TMobile (have your account number and transfer pin handy!) AND upgraded the phone to a current model (you pay taxes)! He also saw that the plan change from my pre-order hadn't been successful and reprogrammed and reordered everything properly, getting my S21 Ultra on Ultra Wide Band in the store! If you have an older Verizon plan, you may not be accessing the faster Ultra Wideband network, get on the new plan to enable that! Looking forward to my new S24 Ultra coming in the mail! AND we took advantage of the promotion and got watches and a tablet. Thank you, Will, you deserve a raise! Rockstar!!!

Turns out this is a franchise location, meaning you will pay a $40 "store fee" for the privilege of buying a phone from this location. Verizon corporate locations don't charge this fee... The downside is corporate stores are often more crowded. Recently purchased a cell phone for my daughter. During my initial visit, I found the representative to have little knowledge of the product or services Verizon offers. I found that he would try to BS his way through a question (leaving red flags)... If it wasn't for Google, I would've bought the wrong product three times over. The issue I have is that their cost are not transparent. During my initial visit, I asked for him to write down the cost of the phone. Easy enough question.. which he did. Took me a couple of days to think it over, but when I returned and after almost hour and half watching him fumble through their system, we managed to get to the final part and only then do you hear about the tax, the new line fee, the "store free", the fee for the fee. The fee to avoid a fee... you get my point. When I expressed how annoyed a customer gets with hidden fees, he said "I gave you the monthly cost... you didn't ask for the 'out the door" cost..." ohh ... so when I asked you to write down how much it cost, I wasn't clear ... I should have said - "ALL of the cost". My bad. in the end I paid $40 for something I didn't want don't, didn't need and didn't ask for. My wife said I should've just walked out and went to a corporate store but quite honestly I didn't have the strength to go through this entire process again and I'm not entirely sure they wouldn't of tried to charge me a restocking fee, (which by the way they do). Buying a phone is not easy, it's made even harder with poor service and bad transparency. It goes without saying that I will no longer shop at this specific location in the future, but I will take the extra step to ensure that the location I do visit is a corporate owned store and not a franchise.
