Our experience with this location was not good. The sales rep added products to our account that we did not want or ask for (phone insurance, data privacy charges, etc.). Also, we were told we were eligible for a free phone trade in. When we got our bill, we were being charged for the phone. A long call with Verizon (corporate) got things straightened out for us. Can't recommend.

All of the people who work here are ver knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a big mess with coming over from another provider and the staff here made sure they did everything they could to facilitate the smoothest transition. Athena especially was willing to take her time and be patient to get us all set.

The lady that assisted me was very helpful and took all of 5 hours to assist me in making sure my phone was operational!

I went the Oceanside Blvd store and had an amazing experience. The customer service we received from Athena was top notch. I left with my new phone and a new plan that properly serves my needs. Thank you.

The staff at the Oceanside store are friendly and knowledgeable. Specially, Bri whom was helpful during the data transfer process. I was able to transfer 100% of my data in under an hour. 5 G network Five stars ⭐️

Stopped earlier this date at a different Verizon store. Staff seemed indifferent and eventually shared that internet was down, but should be operational in 15 to 20 minutes. Waited and eventually returned about 45 minutes later. Still down. Would not contact other Verizon locations to ascertain if operational. Eventually visited the Victra Verizon store and was pleasantly surprised by professionalism and courtesy at that store.

Great service. Have worked with every rep in the store. Made a big purchase a couple months ago and Dylan his manager magi helped me understand the bill. Every time I come in I feel welcomed and this last time they helped me save extra money just because. The store is pretty big but it’s a vibe. Great deals going on. Definitely recommend this Verizon

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was really kind and helpful. I used to have Tmobile and wouldn't have service in a lot of places I go to, but I do with Verizon. My neighborhood has really bad service in general but Verizon is so good I was able to play fps games with my Verizon phone hot spot.

I was not only misled but lied to by Dylan R. I also confirmed with Verizon that he opened 2 cloud accounts I'm my behalf without my knowing or permission.Consumers please ask for a full printed disclosure.

Great customer service. To be honest I was a little worried coming in because I've been to other Verizons to troubleshoot and they told me to call customer service. My iPad Pro's data plan stopped working for some reason and I needed the issue resolved. As soon as I entered Dylan greeted me and helped me out. No hesitation or pushback. Very willing and communicative with my case. Resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes! It's people like Dylan that go the extra mile to help somone out no matter how minor it is. Thank you Dylan
