Horrible staff. Physician called the prescription in 3 times. Finally they say they received it and the Pharmacist stated prescription was ready to be picked up Monday night. On Tuesday afternoon I leave work early to pick it up on the way to an appt. I waited 20 minutes in line without a single staff member acknowledging my existence only to be told they don't have enough medication but they will give me what they have. Meanwhile the rude pharmacist is talking to the girl at the cash register in a demeaning tone and throwing paperwork at her. I will never return here again. Completely unprofessional and unorganized.

I grab all my War 24 pack, cept 10 here. Also my stuff for sald with gorgonza, red onion and bacon I chop up. I keep forgetting to buy a bag of baby spinach. Even overweiht and COMEPLETELY BLOATED at 6'5 and hauloing trash for Waste Management allday, again statrting my route Monday, I jist sity and drive a Cushy Chair but Wed is my route to pick up beddy Capt Fred's dumpster Wed so I'll ask for him all the time, and he jist tells me stries 'bout how a spuad car with two pakong officer wer val for a hesaid/ she saod compint and his kids Wed. He knows all my dumpster and trash and Boar crossing routes. I or my buddies pickup all the trash for apt blgds, drugstores, and houses one day. Plese come out and give Catholic me a gift wrapped tip on Dec 25! God Bless and thank you. Easter Sunnday and Thangiving too. God Bless with a Genuflect next Sunday for any of my reviewers who celebrate Christmae Chrimas, maybe Felis Navidad for Marie and Frnces, idk?

I dislike how they changed the rows to very long rows and they moved the bread. It used to be more convenient to be able to walk through the aisles to find things. I asked a worker where a certain type of bread was and he pointed to the other side of the store and said that is where all the bread is. It wasn't. I left after walking back and forth across the store 3 times.

I love Vons!! I used to shop at Walmart but I hate how packed it gets, so I decided to try out Vons, and it is now where I am going to continue going for groceries! Great prices, and I love all the items they have. The staff here were all very sweet people, and they have a lot of food items that I can't find at most other places, I highly recommend it:)

Right now, I wanted to get frosting on christmas eve (today). it is still not even supposed to be closed. it closes at 9 (it is 8:49 as i am writing this) and two employees in yellow vests told us the store was already closed??? Two men one black kind of heavy man and one tall skiny white man with dark hair. I would never reccomend a store that closes before closing time or a store where the employees do not let you in before closing! Never going to this Vons again! Would not reccomend!

The presumable manager on nights at this location is rather rude and not very helpful. I had 4 items. One of which was a bag of shrimp listed at 17.98 for the bag. I was charged 27.00. I guess she thought I was trying to get the 5 dollar Friday deal. So instead of trying to correct the price she asked me if I wanted to return it, which is already embarrassing... you better believe I said I wanted to return it. I even showed her the photo of the listed price and there was absolutely NO recourse. So I, along with the 6 other people in line in addition to the debate over the price of a 2lb bag of shrimp waited for her to finish the refund transaction. She spoke to me in a way that made me feel like it was MY fault for not reading the advertised price correctly. Absolute worst customer service in addition to a poorly stocked location. NOTHING like the Carlsbad Vons. Over there you're greeted with a smile and not spoken to like an insect.

Such a clean store however i will say OMG a lot of the stuff for sale here is still super pricey. These donuts were almost $13. Looks great but you'd rather save your money shopping at the Walmart nearby. Great and Clean Store , Not so great prices !

I went to Vons this morning. I made a list. Did remember to bring it. Didn’t even look at it. Just wandered aimlessly and bought too many things I didn’t need or but seemed like I should get. While standing at the deli counter, I thought I’d get some fried chicken for lunches or a picnic later, but it’s not really likely to be made before 0830. So I’m just standing there kind of lost and feeling stupid asking for chicken. And the lady just looks at me and says “give me 10 minutes and I’ll make it for you.” I burst into tears. We’ve had a couple of losses and deaths in our family, very recently. Fried chicken sounds like such a silly thing, but Carrie will never know just how much she meant this morning. Kindness can take so many forms. Thank you Carrie at the College Avenue Vons in Oceanside this morning. I appreciate you.

This is the third delivery in a row in which items have not been delivered with my order. The last two times it happened over half our items were missing. This time we were missing about eight things. I called the store directly and they admitted they left bags behind when they gave them to the door Dash driver. I am extremely frustrated that I have to spend additional time on the phone to rectify these issues. It's also frustrating not to have My items delivered. We never had any issues when Vons drivers were delivering. The issues have arisen since door Dash took over. The woman I spoke to on the phone today said they are having issues with drivers taking groceries. This is completely unacceptable. The most I was offered for our trouble was a $10 refund. As a long-term Vons customer and someone who has spent thousands of dollars with you this is extremely disappointing. You have lost a customer.

I have been trying to get through to Von's customer service or home delivery but this is the fourth time DoorDash hasn't brought either our water or gingerale. Today it is the water. the other day it was gingerale and time before that was the water. Von's has always been amenable to deliver the missing goods but this is getting old. Help! Can you please find out how this happens? Thank you. Otherwise, we like Von's. Also, your phone service seems to be in a loop and no on gets on the phone today, Good Friday,. the Burcins

Shop at Von's not as much as I should. The store is always clean and customer service is always great. Jasmine was my cashier. She was polite, friendly, and accommodating. I'll be shopping here more often now.
