The Marron Road Walmart Pharmacy has offered a more streamlined customer experience compared to the College Boulevard Walmart Pharmacy. Although Mark Cuban's CostPlus Drug Company has the absolutely lowest prices, I will take my business to Marron Road Walmart Pharmacy if I need the Rx faster than can be provided in the mail. Good job, Marron Road Walmart Pharmacy.

Walmart Pharmacy employee Florida is very lazy when it comes to customer service. She complains when Pharmacy customers need assistance when it is her job to assist customers. It is not the first time I see that type of behavior from her and it is very rude and unprofessional.

I have had only good experiences with this WalMart pharmacy. All of the staff have been helpful. The pharmacists have always been available whenever I have questions and have provided valuable information.

I like shopping at this Walmart. All walks of life go to Walmart to shop and save money. I have never had a problem here. Pharmacy staff are always nice, patient and respectful to all people. All the tellers are polite. I cant say enough nice things about the Ladies who work at the Return Area. These ladies are so helpful and understanding. I am sure they have the hardest job at Walmart dealing with un satisfied customers, They seem always understanding and respectful even with customers who dont treat these Ladies with the same respect they show the customers. 8 stars for the Ladies who work returns.

Walmart bakery, this particular Walmart took my order online sent me an email to confirm a cake was being made for a 94-year-old birthday party.. we needed a full sheet cake because it's for a assisted living home. At 6 AM I received a phone call saying somebody didn't come in and there would be no cake. Try to call another story is what I was told. Of course I got on the phone and called other stores they only make the cakes to order. Don't order from this Walmart you will have a great disappointment as there is no repercussion for bad service.

Only giving two stars because of the assistant manager. I had came in to buy beer for a family party (along with other groceries) and I brought my younger brother. It was a busy day so she had to hop on register and she was noticeably pissed that she had to do so. When it came our turn she rudely asked for my I.D. and then after seeing I am of age, turned to my 15 year old brother for his. I was confused because he had only come for the ride? He wasn't purchasing anything-- yet she completely humiliated us by making a scene by saying "he was holding the beer" when he never touched anything. I have never had a problem buying alcohol at this location with my younger brother. She was just looking for an excuse to not help us and picked on us because we were the youngest in line. You wouldn't card a child if he was with his parent, so why card him when he's with an older sibling? I didn't end up purchasing anything because of her and went across the street to Albertsons instead. It was obviously an inconvenience to her and she was mad that she had to help do the bare minimum. -- I called to complain and the associate immediately knew who I was referring to. There had apparently been other complaints so she had told me to call back for the store manager, Joe. At this point it's not worth the hassle, but if you can't handle having to ring to help bring the lines down, then I suggest don't work at Walmart??

I ordered a Christmas gift online Nov 28th. It "shipped" but never arrived. So I chatted with customer support on Walmart.com, they said the item was lost and reordered it for me at no charge. They said it would arrive Dec 20th. Once I received a tracking number, it said it wouldn't arrive till Dec 27th. So we'll have to explain to our 3yr old grandson, one of his presents will be late. I contacted customer support again & they confirmed the late arrival date but offered no solution. Sadly, I can place a new order for the same train set, pay 2-day shipping & get it before Christmas. Really disappointed in Walmart's online reliability. Sticking with Amazon...

I needed to pick up (2 Items) at the Walmart Supercenter at the 3405 Marron Road location this afternoon. Tomorrow on Sunday, December 8, 2019 is the last day to pick up my order. I walked to the Orange Pick Up Kiosk and entered the last (4) numbers on my Pick Up Order print out. Then my First Initial and my Last Name showed up on their board. My last name was misspelled but Santiago caught this mistake and retyped my last name in correctly. Santiago this Pick Up Associate brought out my two orders from the back room. Santiago gave me my (2) items and then I had to sign my full name on his Palm Pilot device. The items I picked up today was the Rubbermaid Take Alongs Food Storage Containers in the larger (3.2) inches size and the (2) quantity of the Mainstay Pillow Cases. Ty this Lead Front-End Coach was very nice also in assisting me with my pick up order. I also had to go grocery shopping afterwards at this store. Even though it was raining today it didn't stop the mass amount of customers that was shopping at Walmart Supercenter. The customer service continues to be excellent at this location. Walmart's employees were very friendly and helpful to me.

They had only one checkstand open and so of course the line was really long. Then the one cashier was being lazy and wouldn't even bag the things I bought. The clear cages they make you go in to buy makeup is a safety hazard and if there was an emergency it could trap people. Is even up to fire code? If they're gonna make clear cages maybe they should make it out of bulletproof glass, since mass shooters seem to love Walmarts. I made the mistake of buying produce here, I bought some strawberries and they had a weird taste and I had to throw it away.
