I go to Walmart place to go to get away from home just to hang out and also for many reasons for my for my shopping needs for my grocery needs for my prescription needs the pharmacy to me is top-notch they make let me know when my I've never had a bad time with any of them they take their time to explain the the prescription to me that he side effects all about it what I should know and I just think they're wonderful and they they're my friends I really appreciate the pharmacist pharmacy and the group of people that live work there because they've always been so good to me thank youx pharmacy at Walmart college and

Agree with most reviews. Except Laura R. 's review " Forget getting any help from thus pharmacy unless you are Asian". It's not true. They treat everyone the same. if you phone, they put you on hold and forget about it.

Only use curbside pickup for your medications if you have an extra hour to waste being jerked around by a rude pharmacy slacker. We parked in the curbside parking space and called the number on the sign for 16 minutes with no answer. Finally a man answered who said they had customers inside and they'd help us after they'd taken care of the inside customers, then he hung up without taking any information. I repeated this 4 times over the next 15 minutes, each time being told there were still people being helped at the pharmacy window INSIDE the store, and they'd get back to me - then he hung up. (at this point I'm asking myself if there is ever really a time when there is NOBODY waiting at the window inside the store). Finally after being hung up on multiple times (by the same guy), I immediately asked on the 5th try (before he could hang up) if he could at least take my name so we'd be in line. He seemed to laugh and said "Oh, did I accidentally cut you off?", then he took my name and said my meds would be right out. We waited another 15 minutes, then I called back and a woman answered. It became obvious that the guy who had hung up on me 4 times, and who pretended to take my name the 5th time, had actually not done anything at all - the woman said my meds had not been put in a bag, or rung up, and there was no record that I had called for pickup. During this final call the woman got my info, charged me for the meds, and someone brought them out to us in about 7 minutes. My daughter has used the curbside service before and said it was great the last time she used it, but she couldn't believe the runaround we got today. Walmart should flat out fire employees who apparently think it's funny to behave this way as it makes their pharmacy look unprofessional and chaotic. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but Walmart, please pay more attention to what is going on with your curbside pickup!! There is no excuse for allowing an employee to toy with customers this way!!

I have been going to this Walmart Pharmacy for about (6 months).I chose this location because it is a very close distance from my home.I signed up to receive text message alerts on my Apple IPhone XR and also I have received automated phone calls from Karen the Walmart Pharmacist who lets me know what (dates and times) my (prescription medication) will be filled and is ready for pick up at their pharmacy.This service is very convenient as it saves me a lot of time because I don't have to wait when I go in person to pick up my medication.All of their pharmacy employees wear masks and gloves to comply with the Covid-19 guidelines. The pharmacists that I have spoken to (Helen,Wen, and Min) are always very polite and helpful with any questions I have about my prescription medication and the potential side effects. I have also used their (curbside pick up service). I drive over to parking lot aisle # 4 and then call the pharmacy phone number on the sign, then when the pharmacy tech. answers my phone call, I have to give her my (full name and date of birth) in order for her to look up my prescription medication on their computer database. Then Carmela this pharmacy tech. brings out my medication to my car in approximately a (15 minute wait time) in the parking lot aisle # 4. Then before I can receive my medication I have to show her my (drivers license) for identification and I also have to show her my (medical insurance card). This is a standard practice with all the pharmacies to make sure the right person is picking up their medication. Carmela the pharmacy tech. is always very nice and friendly to me. Yes I am part of an (Asian background) but I don't believe this Walmart Pharmacy discriminates against any nationality. Everyone is treated the same with respect and good customer service. I haven't had any issues in the (6 month time period) that I have used this pharmacy.

Forget getting any help from thus pharmacy unless you are Asian. Doesn't matter how terrible the customer service is, Kai the pharmacists defends his workers based on his personal interactions not on customers interactions with his staff.

I was in a slow line this morning when all of a sudden a nice young lady with a smile on her face by the name of Cloe asked me if I was paying with a card. I was so she proceeded to scan the 10 or so things in my basket and in less than 3 minutes she handed me my reciept and thanked me for shopping there. Wow, now that is what I call 5 Star service. I have never been so impressed with any employee at Walmart (and there have been a few over the past 5 years who have given 100% to help out) like I was today with Cloe. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you College Blvd Oceanside Walmart Manager for having people like Cloe on your staff to help customers like me! I told her I was going to write a Yelp review about the great shopping experience, so I hope her manager reads this.

Way to go Walmart for stepping your game up. They recently made some improvements to the store and started offering a better variety of products. Seems like they are listening to the consumers and what we want. Went there the other day and was able to find my higher priced natural deodorant which is typically only available at niche stores as well as some really unique car detailing products. The self check out in the garden section is a game changer for me because I try to avoid the front of the store crowds when checking out and park near the garden section. Hopefully one day they can offer some more healthy fast food options but I won't hold my breath lol

Incident that's happen today around 9:00am 5/17/2019 I been to this Walmart numerous times I love all Walmart but this visit I was intercepted by a young woman with a yellow vest wasn't not close to the register but I felt SINGLED OUT and RUSHED to get out the Store. I have better working for Customer service over 19 years and that's not a correct way to push people out the store, Sadden by this and more likely Corporate will be contact so no other customer feels Rushed out the store

I always shop here for dry goods, cheese , cleaning supplies, basic home goods. But, I used their money gram services and the lady entered the receivers account number wrong. Money Gram tells it will take 30 days to refund the cash. In the meantime, the recipient gets nothing, and now I have to wait for a refund until I can send again. Western Union from now on. I cannot believe the incompetency of the employees at Walmart. To make things worse, Walmart has wasted an hour of my time telling me they are trying to help. Even after they verified on the phone with money gram that Walmart made the mistake. They did nothing for me except made me feel stupid about their mistake. I already spoke with money gram, and so far both are not helpful at all. So after spending an hour at Walmart, I left my phone number for the manager to call me, 2 hours have passed since I left and you guessed it, no phone call from any manager.
