This is the WORST Walmart ! I scheduled a delivery and the driver went to the wrong house I could see on my tracker ( mind you I have DETAILED directions to my house and that there is a black mailbox (with address on it ) and orange cone in front of the mailbox ) so I ran down to the road to catch him .. I did .. he told me since I didnt answer the phone ( which I had my phone on and looking at it to track him ) they started a refund and couldn’t give me my order ?!??? Like what ??? I’m right here and want my order ! Nope sorry can’t .. OMG !! They also said the number they called that was in the app the person who answered said wrong number ?? The phone number on app is correct and nobody called me .. BUT I did try calling the driver and every time I did the call got hung up on .. I tried several times and each time it hung up on me .. so just got off phone with an agent and getting free express delivery now .. so it better come or it’s going to be on like donkey Kong and I’m going to go off on them !! I will never after tonight use them again !!!! What a bunch of fill in the blank !!! Sooo angry right now ! People just dont know their job anymore and could care less about customer service !

Sarah and the older lady standing at self check out your snarky remarks are not necessary if you don't like your job find another also less than 15 items learn to count, we are aware it was debit you guys got to get a little more customers service training. You guys are here standing around, if an item didn't have a price tag and we come to ask you for assistance you are not doing anything, your response shouldn't be "well it'll take me some time to look for it so if you really want it you can look for it yourself." It sucks that you guys out of everyone else that was wonderful and kind and had great customer service you guys were the last ones to make this experience here awful. Never shopping here again.

They seem to have a hard time keeping the vitamin all fully stopped, especially at the beginning of the month. I only shop there early in the morning or late at night when it's not so crowded

Poor customer service and overall experience. Garden dept to be open 8 ti 8, closes at 7:52, door literally slammed in my face not letting me get bag of salt for my softener.
Store open 8 to 11, but no customer service or returns after 8pm. When asked manager for exception, I was literally yelled at and told to get lost.
Do not do business with stores that do not care about customers.

Worse Walmart I have been to in California. Instead of employees assisting me to unlock a bike to purchase for a toddler they make me ask someone else to do it. Even when I went to customer service they called someone and I waited another 15 minutes at the bike area still no one showed up. If you don’t want to unlock the bikes for customers at least leave them unlocked for we can purchase them.

Why is it always a +20 minutes to get formula from the formula locker. Nobody listens to the call button or nobody knows where the key is.

There are always pan handlers begging for money right in front of the entrance and exit, the store does not care at all. There is ALWAYS people outside this Walmart that will harass you. I’d recommend driving down the road to target, it’s a lot less disgusting and less trashy people. Imagine begging active duty military for money ?? Maybe walk inside and grab a job application

I walked up to the changing room and there was 2 Walmart employees talking I waited for them to finish the one woman walked away The other woman stayed there I'm standing there looking to go can I try these on the lady who has the keys is over there and I didn't know who she was talking about. Turns out it was the lady that was standing there talking to her who walked and I said well can you not get the keys from her she said no I said but could you call a manager to help me then to go I mean I've got limited time today I want to try these clothes on and be in and out. And then she called that same lady back who I did not know was the lady who had the keys to open the door and I looked at her and I said you were standing here when I when I walked up here with the clothes in my hand why didn't you let me in there were just the two of the rudest employees that I've encountered in the Oceanside Walmart off of college.

CANNOT PARK HERE . Even if you spent 457.68$ here less than 39 minutes before security comes knocking on the door. So the TV I just bought and the grocery and essentials all got returned and I got my 457.68$ back. It’s ridiculous, Truckers have to shop to, they sure don’t mind the Trucks as long as they’re bringing their merchandise, but if a Trucker spends their hard earned money in their store they still kick them out of the parking lot, well, WALMART is on my boycott list.

Electronics departments regularly picks up calls and leaves them hanging.
That or they just end the call while you’re in-queue.
Think I’ll just stick with Best Buy.
