I am a regular customer at this location, for many years, and today on Saturday, January 18th, 2025, the store was closed from 2:00am to 4:00am with a hand written note posted on the door specifying the change in time from google maps 24 hour open time. It was very disappointing as it was 40 degrees outside at this hour, and I was quite cold as even though i lived close enough to walk here, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk from home to this store and back home. There was also a group of 4 young ladies who also walked here and arrived at about the same time I did and they were knocking on the door, and then cashier whom I recognized and normally see at this hour walked out from inside the fridge area where all the refreshments are and refused to let us all in, without giving us a reason either and gabe us a dead-pan stare as the you women begged to be let in just for some soda. The note on the door also asked for door dashers to call a phone number. A pretty terrible experience as I was hoping to grab some milk for my cereal and some cookies and energy drinks and was not going home without it so I waltzed to the Fastrip down airport drive in the frigid night and carried it all back home. I also was refused a pizza one time by the same cashier who refused to let us in this night as he claimed the oven to heat the pizza did not work but when I arrived later that day another employee happily accepted my request for a pizza. I returned after coming home to take a photo of the note and another woman was waiting outside with her bike and let me know it was closed and talked about that cashier and how unreliable/inconveniencing he is as he often also does not do money transfers to cash app and I have been declined adding cash to my debit card with the green dot service by him as well. My father was also refused money orders to pay the rent by this guy. I wanted to get a photo of him, but unfortunately, the second time I came here this night, he did not respond to my knocking. Very inconvenient for a convenience store.

The worker at night is really rude and doesn't know how to do his job. He can't speak English and needs to be fired because he is going to make customers beat his ass and I think this store has more peoples with this worker at night then anyone that works there. All my friends have issues with this one night worker. So I will tell everyone not to shop at this store and to go to another 7 eleven till he is no longer working there.

I’ve never been so disrespected in my life until I came here. Guy working at the register yelled at me for not pushing the “yes” button correctly on the screen for inputting my phone number. Literally in shock! Apparently I didn’t push the button hard enough. Never will go here again

They are such rats as they can't be
They charge you for things you don't ask for... be careful, look at your receipt... and they don't give you the accumulated points... very bad service and very abusive.

Store owner could stand to improve his bedside manner, he’s rather curt and his desire for you to shop, buy, and leave, rapidly, is palpable. The owner may just be jaded by years of owning and working this 7 Eleven but he would benefit from hiring someone to work the Night Shift other than him, which is evidenced by this outright insult he said to us when a dialogue about the price of a Milky Way, bear in mind this is already after he got ticked off about us wanting to buy the 2 slices of pizza and coke for $3 deal but he didn’t feel like making a whole pizza so he denied our request.“I am ALWAYS right. People who shop at this hour of the night don’t have brains.”Well why do you have your store open at this hour, genius? Oh is it for the brainless customers that support your establishment? It was 3am by the way, so just shy of the early mornings commuters so I don’t know how much thought went into that comment.Well good thing there are a lot of 7 Eleven’s so now you know one to avoid next time you need your convenience store needs met.Thanks
