“Great service and friendly people! They helped me out a lot - fast, affordable, and very professional. I came in with a small issue on my car, and they took care of it right away. Super quick diagnosis, honest communication, and they didn’t try to upsell anything. I really appreciated how helpful they were. Highly recommend this place!”
“I have now taken three cars to the shop and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Courteous, dependable in customer focused… Nice work, Steve and team”

“I was tired of staring at the constant reminder that someone wished my windshield was my face, so I came to the highly recommended Arcade Glass Co. I can't say that I know much about windshields and the workmanship that's put into it, but I have ZERO complaints with these guys. Robert quoted me on the phone higher than what I actually paid. And Dominguez(?) discarded and installed a new windshield within 20 minutes, as promised. I couldn't even apply makeup that fast.”
“When I was there, I met two other customers that had driven more than an hour away to have their car worked on by Jonny. I guess that says a lot about the quality there. I was amazed.”
“Phil just did a great job fixing my Mercedes G. I had a latch problem with the hood and Phil was kind enough to stop what he was doing to help me with a quick fix. It ended up taking about 20-30 minutes and Phil dove right in. I'm really appreciative of how quickly Phil diagnosed the problem and worked through some challenges with a great attitude the entire time. Thank you so much!”

“I had Ojai Spring Car wash detail both of my cars using the Teflon process and they did an outstanding job. Both cars are black and look like they just came out of the showroom. One car is a 2013 and the other is a 2024.”
