This review is for the fantastic service provided by the employee Sarah. I came in on Memorial Day needing an urgent wireless solution for the security of my property. It was a unique request, but Sarah left no stone in turned or solution explored until we solved the problem. She went way above and beyond, it was not a simple problem to solve.
Most folks would have shrugged their shoulders and turned me away saying, “Sorry don’t know what to tell ya.” Case in point, Sarah was the only one working in that store that day. I had also gone to T-Mobile who had three employees on the floor, couldn’t get past the initial question of what I needed. I was in and out in 3 minutes without a solution.
Sarah won a customer that day for Verizon. Verizon corporate take note, with service like that provided by her, if she ever switched carriers I’d be inclined to follow!

Seriously? Verizon is asking me for a review? CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS? After having a "student plan" that eventually became $140/mo I switched to Mint at $240/year. I am an idiot for putting up with them for over 3 years.

Shelby is so informative, and transparent when it comes to value, cost, and best ways to maximize their services for your lifestyle! I appreciate her patience with all my questions and was blown away by the in depth knowledge she shared about everything. This woman knows how to run her store, value her customers and provide them with all the bells and whistles.I walked out feeling so confident about my purchases and upgrades, time and time again she has consistently delivered! I hope her company is aware of what a hard worker she really is!

I like the Ojai store. It is not as crowded as the stores in Ventura and is pretty well stocked. The salespeople are generally pleasant and knowledgeable.
