Seriously? Verizon is asking me for a review? CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS? After having a "student plan" that eventually became $140/mo I switched to Mint at $240/year. I am an idiot for putting up with them for over 3 years.

New manager Kody is excellent as a warm, helpful salespersonI hope he can improve the service attitude of sales woman who is regularly there. She is very bright, but does not volunteer helpful tips.

Shelby is so informative, and transparent when it comes to value, cost, and best ways to maximize their services for your lifestyle! I appreciate her patience with all my questions and was blown away by the in depth knowledge she shared about everything. This woman knows how to run her store, value her customers and provide them with all the bells and whistles.I walked out feeling so confident about my purchases and upgrades, time and time again she has consistently delivered! I hope her company is aware of what a hard worker she really is!

I like the Ojai store. It is not as crowded as the stores in Ventura and is pretty well stocked. The salespeople are generally pleasant and knowledgeable.

There were a lot of things that went wrong with this whole transaction which ended up costing me more money than I wanted to spend: defective and unnecessary screen protector and I had to pay $120 to a computer store to get my data transferred after this location didn't do it properly. I found out later, the same thing happened with the data transfer with my wife months earlier at the same store location.

Worst customer service ever. I went in there this evening 2/7/23 just to get feedback regarding a charger I bought there a few months ago and to find out why it was no longer charging. I didn't expect a refund. I didn't expect an exchange. What I had expected was some genuine feedback from a professional since I am not tech savvy at all and since I was told when I bought the charger, that it would last for a few years, not a few months. Instead, I walked into an empty store and to a sales rep in the bathroom, with the door wide open, talking to one of her friends on the phone, on speaker, laughing it up like two girls do on their on the phone, but on their own personal time mind you, meanwhile I sat out there and waited. She finally came out and when she did, she acted like I was taking up her time and gave me the feeling like she wanted me to leave asap so she could get back to her phone call in the bathroom. She told me the charger was not purchased from this store, which it was and said if I had any issues with it to call the company that made them. She then went back in the bathroom, while I was still standing there and went back to talking to her friend. The conversation was still on speaker phone and now they were swearing. She knew I was still in the store. I started looking at other chargers, just to see if she would come and help me. She did not. Since she saw I was still there, she took the phone off speaker, continued talking to her friend in the bathroom and then started to brush her teeth. I guess maybe their sales reps live there as well? The whole experience was very disheartening. I was even thinking of switching my services from ATT to Verizon and upgrading my phone. She really missed out on a good sale tonight. I can only hope management sees this and does something about it.
