“Rose is the best employee the Friant Post Office will ever have. Often times the other ladies seem to be tired or upset with their current lives. I work out of time and I just returned home after 8months to an obviously over filled mail box, that is understandable...however while I was gone I attempted to have my mail forwarded 3 times and much to my dismay, most of it did not get through to me. Nice welcome home ladies, thanks. (Sarcasm) I'm only giving this location 4 stars because Rose makes up for everyone else there in my opinion.”
“Packages are not delivered to address if delivery person feels that it is too heavy to handle or requires it to be delivered to the door. Amazon notifies me it has been shipped but it does not show up.I”

“I am very pleased with the friendly, personable service at our local post office. Sure, their hours are short but what do you expect from a small town post office? They are friendly, clean and always welcoming. I had some chicks that were delivered late and they went way above and beyond to ensure that I received them before I had to catch my flight at the airport. I am extremely grateful for this act of kindness. Keep in mind that these are real people doing a real job and of course sometimes mistakes will be made.”
