Def a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews. Friendly when you arrive and helpful but once the items are bought, that's when things fall apart. I was promised a trundle and when it was delivered, it was just for one bed and missing trundle. Plus the frame was cracked. Delivery guy made note and said the sales manager would call me before 330. Never did. Reached out next day 3 different times and dude never returned my call. Told regional/store manager would call me in the morning. She never did nor the rep who took my message so I had to reach out in the afternoon. Was told there is no trundle and it's not even on the website anymore. Best she can do is take two payments off if I keep it (with the crack) or go on website and exchange things waiting who knows how long and buy even more items since I now need a box frame and better mattress. No offer of discount or anything to make up for the headache. All the mistakes and ducking of calls, extremely unprofessional.

Don’t buy at this store they are the worst place to buy tv they say it is on the truck then there truck brakes down then they said we lost the paperwork so I have to send you a hisene u6h it is our newest model that is much better than a Samsung they said but you can’t download some apps on it they never call you they always say one thing and then go back on it go somewhere else

I've never had a problem with Aaron's until I moved into my condo and have rented with them since November/December 2023 the delivery guys are a joke and rude We are buying a stove and washer dryer from them stove was smoking the 1ST time I used the oven they came and replaced it cool well Jan 16 2024 I noticed I had some lint on the floor because I dropped a sock between the wall and dryer so I moved the dryer and come to find out they never installed the hose for the lint dryer now my son has had a few asthma attacks and would get so hot in the hallway and my sons rooms couldn't figure out why now we know learned my lesson on believing people are doing their job correctly so if you're gonna go with Aaron's make sure you check everything out cause their installation guys don't know what they are doing ?

I will not even give a star. I walked around the tiny showroom for 5 mins before I was even greeted or told that I would be helped. One lady and one gentleman employee. After another customer walked in minutes after I did then I was ignored so then they got helped. I’ve been a customer in the past but I will never be a customer again. I’ve been in sales all my life and I will tell you that sales people who ignore people will not be helping clients again. I’m buying today and it will not be from Aaron’s.

If you can avoid this place AVOID IT!! They will constantly harass you for a payment as if you are not going to make one at all. Take your business elsewhere!

Nothing done about this, Aaron's can care less once they have your money, their furniture looks good in the show room but once you buy it, furniture will last a year then falls apart, I bought furniture from Walmart that lasted longer than this..lol

This really deserves a 0 out of 5 starsWhen I first went to the location I was told I could pay the item off within 90 days.I stated that would be perfect for me.Well I missed the first payment after 14 days and it’s like my phone wouldn’t stop ringing. The first week was over 20 missed phone calls. At what point in time is that good business?So that Thursday the manager called me from a seperate number.Of course not knowing I answered and it continued.He said the lowest payment that could be accepted was $60.Why do all of that when the customer is still in the 90 day purchasing window?I told them multiple times if this is how they wanna do business please come pick up this couch and close my account.Of course they didn’t want to do that.That same weekend I was called 3 times. All on the same day. I went down to the store and was told that never happened. And to please write a letter to not be contacted over the phone.That’s almost 25 phone calls.I made the final payment on 6/20/23.I still had over 30 days towards my “90 day same as cash option”Which means THEY didn’t need to do all of that nonsense.

ood afternoon for all of those who choose to shop at Aaron's Ontario, Take note. Before I start, let's say I've already contacted corporate 678 402 3000 to file a complaint/ grievance. I have a pregnant daughter-in- who's arriving on the 17th of January, I ordered a bedroom set to have scheduled for delivery on January 12th. I was called at the last minute And told that they have to reschedule to the 16th. Again at the last minute I was called and told they would TRY to put me on the schedule for the 19th of January, So now I have a pregnant daughter-in-law arriving on the 17th without a bed for her to sleep ln. Apparently, this location has had an ongoing problem with delivering merchandise. This problem goes all the way back to 2019, evidence by strolling down and looking at all the complaints. Why corporate has not gotten involved In this ongoing problem with Aaron's is mind-boggling. I myself chose to do business this way because it helped my debt to racial on my credit. Unfortunately, this is a company that doesn't take much pride in customer service or return customers such as myself. I have paid off a washer, drier and bed. The service over the last 5 years, has not been the greatest, but for the most part pretty easy and I'm a creator of habit. it's really sad to read about and experience first hand what the other customers are saying in the reviews. WHERE IS CORPRATE IN ALL OF THIS!!!!

I had the worst experience at this location and will never return again. Very unprofessional no one at this location takes their job serious. It's sad because now I see all of the complaints about this location and still no change. Hopefully corporate takes care of this because it's pathetic to have a group of adults joke around all day and not do their jobs
