As a real estate agent, I’ve referred many clients to Adam Tice and his team over the years because I’ve seen how well they perform. But recently, my wife Andrea and I had the chance to work with Adam personally on the purchase of our own home and the experience was outstanding.

Adam and his team were amazing! We ran into a lender problem 2/3 of the way into escrow, and thought we were going to lose our house. Adam was brought to our attention, and I'm so glad we took his call. He was efficient, informative, and kept us posted of our options at every step of the process. He was clear, and did not make us feel we were pressured into any arrangements. His was honest, and kept us posted on our progress at every turn. We could not have moved forward on our purchase without him.

We recently applied for a mortgage for a new home purchase. Although we were selling one home and moving to another, we were not able to complete the sale of old home before purchasing the new one. Despite this circumstance, Adam was able to obtain favorable terms for our mortgage. Throughout the process of securing our loan, Adam was readily available to discuss questions and concerns by text and phone. Given my profession, he was able to accommodate my need to contact him in the evenings and even weekends. I appreciated his availability and willingness to talk at times of my convenience. He was even available at the open house for the home we were selling to assist potential buyers with their questions about financing a home purchase. We hope to work with Adam again when refinancing our loan in the future.
