We went at the store due to my 6 years old son need to use restroom (he needs to pee). But the women wearing red who recently came out of the restroom said it’s out of service, I said it’s a kid and kids don’t know how to control their pee but the women go inside again the restroom and put some chemicals. Is that how they serve good service or considerate their customer especially kids?

Paid for air and was refused a refund. The worker placed out of order sign as I was attempting to use air pump. She stated I could go inside for refund and was denied by owner.

Was denied a refund after paying for the air pump when there was no sign stating it was out of order. Clerk wrote in sign as I was attempting to use the air pump. She stated I would be able to get a refund inside and was denied by owner. Truly unacceptable as I myself have been an Assistant manager at ampm and never had a problem issuing refunds when the air pumps were malfunctioning. Wish I could give 0 Stars. Note: I purchased fuel prior to paying for air machine.
