No customer service at all. I'm on the west coast no mater what time you call or email nobody is available to help.

Poor customer service, as a matter of fact none for several month. I am unable to take x-rays because the company is unable to fix it. I would highly suggest not buying from them.

All our equipment purchases from them have been aces. Very much like the fact we generally find new products from them for our practice and retail business. Highly recommend them.
