No Customer Service at all! Neither phone number lets you talk to a person. I will never buy any of their products again. I even left a message with the “founder”. No call back.

No customer service at all. I'm on the west coast no mater what time you call or email nobody is available to help.

Poor customer service, as a matter of fact none for several month. I am unable to take x-rays because the company is unable to fix it. I would highly suggest not buying from them.
