My husband and I are on our feet all day some days with work. Jason was looking for a pair that would help his feet he has diabetes. The girl was very friendly and went way beyond to make sure he had the right pair. He is very happy with his choice. While we were there I also got a pair that worked well for me. Thank you

Horrible experience-
If your an outlet have sizes available.
If your an outlet help the customer out that drove to come to your store
You guys are full of excuses once you get the money. At least ship the size to your store so the customer doesn’t have to drive 80 miles to exchange his shoes.
Thank God there are other brands too.

Very bad customer service experience. Time shows that they close at 9 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:55 PM. Doors were locked. I had to knock on the door to pick up my order that I placed online. First thing when the door was open Was voice to me that we close in four minutes verse high woke in. I give it to them. The online order was ready but feeling rushed in a store that you spend over $100 on shoes on is ridiculous unacceptable unprofessional and very bad poor and ship of customer service skills. I hope this review finds corporate and use this as a training tool for your store. Please train your staff to have customer service on the forefront of their mind verse having a clock out go home mindset.

I just had a very unfortunate experience at this location. Came in on a Saturday morning to shop for shoes for my son. The male sales associate was helpful and polite but the woman that was cashiering clearly did not want to be there. I dropped a pair of shoes(that I purchased) while walking up to the cashier and she stood there a foot a away and watched me struggle to pick them up and get them on the counter. After that she was visibly annoyed at where I placed them because it was too far for her to reach. She didn't ask for my email which I prompted her about then was able to provide for a discount which again was followed by an eye roll. She clearly did not want to be there. I know retail is tough and people treat you poorly but if someone is being polite, be kind. I love the shoes for my family but the customer service was very disappointing.

I was band from the store after my husband confronted the guy that watches the cameras decided to hit on me it was really weird it was like he watched us from the cameras and waited for my husband to step away and corner me in one of the isles. The man's name is Jerry. And one of the supervisors decided to cover up for him and lie and say she was in the corner where the sale shoes were and heard everything and said that wasn't true. She wasn't in the sale isles there was no one there cus we just came from that corner and now we're band cus of that man. That man lied and said that my husband threatened his life when my husband just told him to focus on his job instead of hitting on women. The supervisor that day said that what he did wasn't a problem and lied and said he was on his lunch break. Now we're unable to buy our favoite shoes because of this creep.

The people who work there are nice, but spread out in terms of workload. If they talk to you, they can't work at the register with the long line of people. My parents bought shoes there and gave them up they were uncomfortable, because the store doesn't have great recommendations nor selection. They changed their 360 gel to something not gel-like without explaining, so it ended up in disaster. No imprinting gel (only tough gel) is a no-go for me. I found nothing there, and never do. Some shoes might look pretty, but without comfort, it's nothing. Plus the shoes are expensive - not cool.

Bought a little too slim off the web and Ms M Mendoza gave us utterly incredible knowledgeable friendly service doing an exchange for some excellent ASICS shoes!!Very Highly Recommended.

VERY BAD customer service - no greetings, no suggestions, or “can I help you with something ?”, no goodbye, nothing. I visited the store at around 6:40pm on a Tuesday, May 23, 2023.. I hope that the management will find out who the employees were based on my time and date so that they can teach those employees some customer service basics !!
