I would've given them a 5 star until I got home and saw my backseat. My car was đŻ fixed and looks amazing, customer service was great and everyone was super friendly. Then I got home looked in my back seat and I noticed that an action figure I had in a box was open and taken out and then a piece of the tire timing that they changed was still in my back seat. I didn't like that and it's the only reason I can't give 5 stars

Promised me a due date and when I called to ask the update he went from a meeting to lunch and never heard back definitely never going back to this shop stay away

My wife came in the shop to get her bumper fixed itâs been now a month, I read the contract that she mistakenly signed and one thing I can say for sure is that this location is a scam.

I recently had an interaction with this shop after taking my 2022 Tesla Y in for repair. One of the main reasons for choosing this shop was the fact they are âTesla certifiedâ. Had I known it was going to turn out to be a headache, I would have chosen a non certified shop or a preferred shop that contracts with my insurance.Iâll get straight to the point and make any potential customer aware of their egregious fees (storage/tear down/etc). My vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance company after the tear down. The excessive storage fees and tear down fees were to the tune of $7K+ for about 2 weeks from the day I dropped the car off to the day it was declared a total loss. This is where things get tricky. In most cases, the consumer ends up having to foot the bill, via the settlement, for excessive charges. Both the shop and insurance company try to pass on the blame to each other, but ultimately, the consumer is on the hook for the excessive fees not typically covered in the policy. Upon further research, this seems to be an ongoing tactic of this shop. Be forewarned if you choose to contract these crooks to work on your Tesla (or any other car for that matter) and it ends up being a total loss. Youâll be in for quite a surprise.

I wouldnt have chose another shop to work on my car. Theyâre very reliable. I have a BMW 740 I they have a contract with Bmw so I felt comfortable taking it there. They kept me updated. Any little thing any little message I would get a phone call with an update I knew what the process was of my car the whole time my car was in their possession, and I love that about them.

Very friendly staff they did great work. They also handled all of the payments through the insurance company. Truly didnât have to do anything. They handle it at all. Great service.

Donât take your Tesla here smh they kept my car for couple of months the crash wasnât that big and they ended up charging Tesla 27000 dollars and at the end they couldnât fix it so they took it to Tesla so they can fix it smh! Terrible shop donât come here
