In the period from March 2020 to May 2022, Zirkonzahn purchased plastic buckets from the company Berlin Packaging to collect the coolant for the wet milling function of the CAD/CAM milling units. Of a total of 950 buckets delivered, a considerable number developed unexpected cracks at the bottom after a few weeks of use. The leaking liquid caused considerable damage to furniture, floors and other objects for Zirkonzahn customers. Zirkonzahn immediately reported the damaged buckets and received two free replacement deliveries from Berlin Packaging. However, those buckets also formed cracks at their bottom over time, which again caused damage to Zirkonzahn's customers caused by the leaking liquid. After Berlin Packaging was unable to deliver waterproof buckets despite seven consecutive deliveries and was unwilling to compensate for the damage caused despite repeated requests, Zirkonzahn replaced the plastic buckets with buckets from another manufacturer. These were then delivered to the affected customers.

I am so disappointed with Berlin Packaging. I've been ordering from them for a while now, and everything was perfect. But my last order was a nightmare. I've waited 2 weeks to get a confirmation email before calling them and asking what's going on. I've talked to 3 different reps in 1 week, I even asked for the supervisor which they promised they'll call me back AND THEY DIDN'T. Finally after 3 weeks I got only the confirmation, and only after like 5 more days I got the shipping confirmation.I'm sorry, but I am not going to trust you nor order from you again. The fact that your own supervisor promised to call back and didn't do it just shows the quality of this company.

These people doesn't know how to count basically! I ordered a hundred 8 oz pieces of jars but what I got was 71 pcs 4 oz and 21 oz 16 oz, like seriously? and their customer service is terrible!!!!! they will answer your emai after week after week and after week. DO NOT ORDER IN THIS COMPANY!

placed an order that arrived incomplete due to a company error. I spent a total of 5 hours back and forth dealing with their customer service to try to rectify it and be made whole. I spoke with JENNIFER ZIMERMANN customer service manager as the issue needed to be escalated due to the time I was out seeking resolution for their mistake, the time I was out due to production delays because of their mistake, and subsequent injury due to an insulting discount on a future order, basically telling me to spend more money with them after their poor handling before I am able to utilize their apology. Instead of being accommodated I was argued with by Jennifer and insulted further and told that they shouldn't be responsible for their mistake.NO ACCOUNTABILITY. They told me that they expedited the balance of my order, as if that wasn't expected because of their mistake. In the end they would not agree to my request to be made while due to the impact that their mistake made on my small business and only offered me a tiny partial refund after going around in circles a number of times. As a business owner I would never treat my customers like I've been treated by Berlin. They will never get my hard earned American dollars, and I would hope you would find a different place for yours too.

This company moved from L.A. to Rancho Cucamonga to find cheaper rent. They sold all their delivery trucks and started giving all their freight to private trucking companies. We found another container company in L.A.to purchase our bottles from. Why pay their high freight charges when it is cheaper to find a L.A. packaging company.
