I’ve been a loyal customer to Caliber Collision in Ontario on Cucamonga Street with Jason as the manager and Michelle as the front office lead until they moved to their new location in Ontario on Wineville Avenue. They have always been the most courteous and accommodating auto-body specialists that I’ve met and have always treated me as though my car was the only one at their shop. They’re fast, efficient, and they do excellent work. Not only that, I got to meet Jessica, their new associate from the new location, and they are just the most personable people, aside from the fact that they have a business to run and a specific professional job to do. I can’t emphasize enough how comfortable they make me feel, how welcoming they make me feel, and how seamless and easy the process is every time I have an issue with my vehicle. I would never change from this team, let alone Caliber Collision, because of the people that run and operate it. Sometimes it’s not just about the business of things, it’s how personable the staff members are and how they treat you, and this location is second to none because of the people that work there. I like to say thank you Jason, thank you Michelle, and thank you Jessica for putting me at ease and taking such good care of my car.

I took my Toyota Tacoma to replace my tailgate that got stolen. The repairs took about a week and when I got the truck back, everything was perfect. They made sure to tell me to bring all my keys to reprogram them and also got every detail of my tailgate right. When are the best body shops I’ve ever taken my vehicle to and recommend anyone to use this body shop for their own vehicle vehicles.

Just at few comments about Caliber Collision Ontario. Jason, Michelle and Phil offer a very high level of customer service not found very often these days. Its refreshing. They’re not happy until you’re happy. The work they performed on my car made it factory fresh! I would definitely recommend their services for any repair. And Michelle is a sweetheart.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Duarte location, which has unfortunately left me feeling quite frustrated.
Initially, my experience at the shop was positive. However, after my father-in-law, who has industry experience, inquired about OEM parts and discovered they were unavailable, was frustrated and contacted the insurance. We asked Duarte location to proceed and they decided to speak with management regarding repairs . Following this decision, I was contacted by Mike, who informed me that they would not proceed with the repair due to their discomfort with the situation.
Subsequently, I reached out to another Caliber location in Glendora and spoke with Katty Jimenez, who indicated she would follow up with me. However, I then received a call from Mike Bernley, during which he raised his voice and accused me of threatening the Duarte shop—an assertion that is entirely untrue. His aggressive tone and demeanor were unexpected and unprofessional, as he insisted that I should take my concerns up with the Duarte location.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in a customer service setting. I believe that clear communication and respectful dialogue are essential in resolving issues, and I hope that this feedback can contribute to improving the service provided.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision in this Ontario location ! I have been to other caliber collision centers before, but this one provided exceptional . From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything stress-free. The quality of the work on my car was outstanding—it looks like new again! I especially appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing car repairs. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with the repair done on my Toyota RAV 4 Limited. I'm so thankful to KEN, the manager who really supervised the work above and beyond. And of course, I will not forget to thank MARIO who always communicate with me to update me about the work. He really work ABOVE AND BEYOND. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the results were really exceptional. Quality work by quality people. You can't beat that for outstanding customer service. Also, the front desk staff is so friendly and very calm. And of course, there's no way that I will not eat the newly cooked Popcorn and drink their delicious coffee 😆 I Love it. Yes, yes, yes, I was completely satisfied and trust them. I would not hesitate to recommend the Caliber Collision Ontario Branch to others without reservation.
Take note : My recent accident happened in Palm Spring, California. And, why I would like the towing company to bring my car in Caliber Ontario branch instead nearby? It's because, THE ONTARIO BRANCH DID MY FIRST ACCIDENT GREAT AND THE 2ND ONE REPAIR IS ALSO PERFECT AND THE WORK IS ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Anyone needing a high quality body shop should definitely take their vehicle to Caliber Collision. I went to the location on Wineville in Ontario. I went there with my 2nd car and they did not dissapoint me. High quality service with professionalism and they always keep you updated on the status. My car was ready earlier than expected. My car looks beautiful. I am once again a pleased customer.
