“Very professional service ! Fixed our back window that was shattered. They got us a replacement the same day . I was surprised to see that the replacement was tinted just as my other windows were. I was expecting to have to go to another business to get the tint done after the window replacement. The price point was fair as well . I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend 10/10!”
“We have used New View once before on our RV when the wind caused the door to hit our bus style mirrors, and broke the glass. This time they are repairing the foggy/haze-y windows on the driver side of the motorhome, and replacing the driver side window.The girls in the office were able to answer all my questions, and scheduling was easy. The guys arrived, a bit earlier than anticipated, but I missed the phone call. They removed the windows, in about an hour.... And they were super nice and professional. We should have them back in about a week.Highly recommend”

“Wheels and tires were out of balance on my Silverado. I did some research and found some great reviews for AJ wheels and tires. Drove about 30 min to get there and was greeted by Alex (I believe) who was friendly and courteous from the get go. I mentioned my concern and he was quick to take a look at it. He noticed that my spacers were causing the issue. He was fully transparent and gave me a couple of options that to either help by keeping the spacers on or removing them to eliminate the issue altogether. I opted for the latter which did in fact solve the problem. I don’t have the stance that I was used to but the ride quality absolutely improved and it’s totally worth it. Thank you AJ W&T!”

“Writing this review months after i initially got my windows tinted. Great place to go if you are looking to get a tint. Reasonable prices for work done by experienced professionals. “My wife and I sadly both were rear ended within a week of each other and we chose Fix Auto for our repairs and could not be happier w/ our entire experience. My insurance covered my wreck so it was very swift(State Farm), Liz kept me updated constantly on progress and timing so we planned ahead for our rental. The only place around that would work with my difficult M-F work schedule. Picked up one car and dropped off another 2 weeks later. My wife’s wreck was someone else’s insurance which was really terrible, hard to deal with or contact. Liz said, don’t worry I’ll handle it from here. Got the car back, both look like nothing happened. Hopefully don’t need them again BUT if I do, I’m coming back. Go there people, they’re very professional and honest!”
“We needed our windshield replaced after a rock incident on the freeway and looked into Safelite. I wish the web site was a little more user friendly and gave you a phone number to speak to a human and not just an instant message chat with a guy who tells you that he can't schedule appointments. He eventually gave me a phone number and the lady on the other end was more than friendly and helpful. When I do business with any company, I want to feel connected with someone and not hope that I navigated their web site correctly. She was so helpful in getting my information and getting us set up with an appointment where they came to my house. She even handled the work and approval through our insurance company. Our technician gave us a heads up text that he was on his way and he arrived on time. He was very nice and I got him set up to get to work. He asked if I minded him listening to his music and of course I said yes. Music is a direct lifeline to happiness and if he enjoyed it, who was I to say no. He was respectful in regards to the volume of his music and I appreciated that. He got the work done pretty quickly and did a great job. My review is for the work done and the customer service, with a human, after having issues with the web site. They may want to consider keeping an avenue open for the customer connection and not just rely on everyone using their web site.”
