If I can give zero stars, I would. Customer service at this location is horrendous and the employees are disrespectful. I was standing in what I thought was the checkout line considering that I have never been to that location before, and the whole entire time that I was waiting 5-7 minutes or so; the male cashier glanced at me multiple times and not once did he let me know that there is an actual checkout line on the other side of the display. (Which mind you, you wouldn't have seen unless you walk to the other side of a display) As soon as the male cashier became available, I walked up to him, he points to the left and tells me that there's a checkout line, which he failed to tell me in advance and services another customer instead. Of course, frustrated and upset, I walked over to the other side of the display and then he calls me up now to check out. At that moment, I told him that he could have been courteous and let me know that there was an actual checkout line instead of telling me last minute. Instead, he gave me a poor excuse for not letting me know. I also explained to him that I was trying to reach way above the shelves that were out of reach and the female employees on the floor also didn't assist or bother to help when I asked them if they had a jacket in a certain size. Instead, the female employee told me all the sizes were out and that was it, so then I asked her if she can move the rack of clothes that she was stocking to be moved aside so I can be closer to be able to grab the jackets from the shelves up high. The male was rude and so was manager of the store, Staci. Staci was extremely unprofessional and rude considering she told me directly that it's a matter of how I speak to the employees, when I was not being rude at all. I was letting them know that if a customer needs assistance, then they should be aware of the situation and be courteous. Once I asked for her name before I left, she told me her name with a smirk and said to go ahead and report her. I hope the GM of this location addresses Staci's terrible behavior as well as her male coworker that also worked at the cash register with her and rectifies this problem. I would advise against visiting this location unless you want to be talked down to. I hope no one has to experience this type of bad behavior and poor customer service from the employees of this location.

One Star is more than this company deserves!!!It’s just amazing that over 2 years past Covid when such restrictions were somewhat plausible, that Carters-Osh Gosh continues their No Bathroom policy!!! It’s a kid’s store for goodness sake!!!Today was my last ever time to give them my money!!! And I have 7 grandkids that I shop for!!! I doubt they care.Carters: Get over yourselves & hire a janitorial service to maintain a customer bathroom!!!Other than this, I have to commend the sales force in each store for their helpfulness and cheerful attitudes. They made shopping there a pleasure.

Horrible customer service. I felt very judge trying to checkout of this store. I had opened my store credit card here and shop at this store probably 4x a month. I have never been asked to show my id when making a purchase, especially a 20 dollar one. (They had also asked for my phone number for rewards, which I gave and they found me. The odds of someone stealing your card and knowing your phone number are pretty slim.) I was told they always do, which is not true I guess it depends on how you look or are dressed that day. Signage is also very misleading.

They charged me 2 times for the same purchase. Used debit card and was told the first time it didn’t go through so had to do it again in under a minute. Call and they still took the money. Never will I shop there again.

Bought my little baby a lot clothes from them and they have a very good staff and especially verrena helped me a lot with everything I needed and she was so nice my baby loved her a lot

Came to buy clothes for my niece however, at the checkout area we were about to pay and Cassandra ask if we wanted to apply for the Carter’s credit card. Cassandra did not know how to thoroughly explain the benefits of the card. We had informed her we wanted to pay with the debit card and she continued to state we could so then when it came to the payment she stated we had to use the Carter’s card. Cassandra ran the credit and did not clarify the Carter’s credit card was going to be used then. Cassandra stated cash was the only option to pay now.
