Chromcraft Home® is a company known for its quality furniture and excellent customer service. Customers appreciate the durability and timeless appeal of their furniture, including vintage pieces that can last for decades. One customer shared that her family owned a vintage Chromcraft dining set from 1972, which still remains in good condition, and was delighted to find that Chromcraft had resumed operations after being inactive since the 1990s. The company offers a wide selection of designs, allowing customers to choose perfect pieces for their space, with options like expandable dining tables and matching chairs. In addition to dining furniture, Chromcraft provides versatile and comfortable furniture for children, such as the Kiddoz Couch. Customers affected by events like Hurricane Ida found the couches to be very comfy and practical—ideal for sleeping in campers or making forts during the day. The couches are praised for their affordability and quick delivery, even during busy seasons like Christmas, where timely arrival was highly appreciated. Chromcraft is also recognized for fast shipping, going above and beyond to meet customer needs, and providing helpful assistance through texts and communication. Overall, the company is appreciated for its generational furniture, customer-focused service, and the ability to revive classic designs while offering new, functional pieces that bring happiness and comfort to families.
