I really like Clarks brand shoes and sandals. They are very comfortable. I am size 12 w. I always bought them on Amazon, but I see that there is a store where they sell them. I'm going to buy my next tennis shoes there. I hope to have a good experience.

I always have a good experience when I shop at Clarks. On this day in particular I had another great experience. The sales clerk Adriane was super friendly and helpful! She was very attentive and gave good suggestions. All employees should have her enthusiasm and helpfulness. I will continue shopping at Clark's because of the quality of the shoes and service. :)

Bad experience there employees don't know what they are doing. They didn't return my internet purchase. I had receipt that was still good shoes brand new not worn. I called corporate number nobody answers. Bad customer service at store level and company level.
