“This USO is about 5 minutes with the shuttle to terminal 4. You can walk it in 30 minutes. To terminal 2 it is even less. The very friendly staff calls the shuttle for you, and they told me that it can take 10 min to arrive. However, my shuttle was much faster. They have so many rooms there. The place is huge, and not very busy. It is very comfortable to wait there. They even have a sleep room. The only disadvantage is that the restrooms are not working so they have porta pottys outside.”

“I spoke to Anna about a situation going on at the Archibald office in Ontario. She was very polite and she had great customer service. She was very helpful and she gave me the information that I needed. Now the Ontario office should get closed down ASAP! There rude and they never answer there phone. I would never recommend that office to anyone. Go visit this office they actually care about you wellness. Thank you Anna ?”
