I showed up to pick up a box at 9am. The person who should have opened at 9, Cosby show up that day. But Nancy who works in the computer in the back came up front and opened the door. My package was still in the container, so she had her team start working on tyler during process immediately to find the package. Nancy did a great job stepping in.

I shipped a package, and after paying the fees, they called me and said I couldn't send it. I retrieved the package, but they didn't refund my money. I tried many times, but they didn't give me anything back. If there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it.

Valerie was very helpful at the Ontario office
My father just passed away and I was have a breakdown 😭😭. She got me through the process of mailing a package to South Africa. And she was just sooooo very WONDERFUL to me. Thank you Valerie 🙏🩷

What a great employee , Nancy Viramontes, was amazing she is nice new her job and and got my packages shipped , this woman NEEDS A pay raise! 👍👍👍👍 she is an asset to DHL. Got a package ordered and delivered to me all the way from Kyoto, Japan. But guess what, I wasn't home! Turns out the DHL delivery driver had just missed me but my package had arrived in California. I wanted to thank Alexis and the other staff for accommodating me and allowing me to pick up my package later on in the evening, allowing me to finish my work. Thanks also for asking for ID and being thorough. Can't recommend this service enough. Thank you!!!

They've been sitting on my package for 10 days. I have spoken with customer service no less than 5 times and every time, they assure me that they will deliver the next day. The day comes and goes, and my item is still on hold. They will not put me through to a human being at the Ontario location. Avoid DHL at ALL costs.

Absolutely terrible service, avoid this company at all cost. You can not trust DHL to deliver your package.
