I really love shopping at this store. The staff are always so helpful, and I can always find shoes that I really like. I’m very grateful to them.

I went to this Ecco store since I needed comfortable shoes , it was crazy busy , everything was on sale 50% , I bought two pairs instead of one , everyone was very knowledgeable n friendly I had three people asking questions helping me , thanks for having such a friendly n happy employees during this crazy time .

Because of my communication issues, I needed to return a pair of shoes I just bought. The manager patiently helped me with the refund and explained the discount calculation method to me. I really appreciate his help,and the other staff in this store are also very kind and friendly.
