El Super is a supermarket offering quality products in clean, modern, and welcoming stores with unbeatable prices. It features thousands of culturally diverse products for Latin American cuisine. The produce selection includes quality fruits and vegetables, and the bakery offers delicious pan dulce and tres leches cakes. Their vegetables and bakery are probably their best departments. The meat is good, and they have an expansive selection of meats and seafood, including ceviche, alongside cooked food in the little restaurant to the side. However, some reviews note they need more choices, with very few wines to choose from and sometimes missing specific items like tomato puree. The ham selection is mid, and checkouts are long without enough people working. While generally clean and very polite, some feedback suggests the store design feels like a warehouse and that produce prices can be higher than other chains. Overall, El Super is described as the supreme place to find everything for Mexican food.
Definitely a good place to buy fresh produce. But this particular location is not kept up very well. The staff here appears to have a permanent frown. The Ontario location on Mountain has a great food bar and a much friendlier staff. We only buy produce and meat here, the other everyday necessities are too expensive.

Good store. Cheap produce prices. Long lines on the checkout though so come with enough time.

Their fruit and vegetables are not the freshest, the meat is sometimes good and the groceries are well stocked but their prices are somewhat expensive. One star less because it closes at 10 pm so we work on them in the afternoon and we are left without buying groceries
