No one to present to provide service, and no acknowledgement from employees walking in and out of back room. A "Someone will be with you shortly" would have been helpful. Waited for 7 minutes before I left. I only needed to drop off package. You're better off going to a drop box, it provides the same level of attention.

Always have problems with a few employees, the ones that getting paid from my advarsies, well here's the problem everytime I enter FedEx the computer stops time l on for 20 minutes , always not working, even charges me twice,if l print 11x comes out when l only need 8x11 some Google pages with my advarsies don't come up, there's a lot more,so those few employees create problems, l learned not to even get in a slightly complex discussion with these people l just ask why this is Happening everytime l enter FedEx on Philadelphia & central in Ontario...
