Fedex is the worst shipping service on the planet! EVERY TIME I have a package coming through them it gives me stress. They never update their shipping details in a way that gives you any real information, when you call Customer Service, they tell you the exact same thing that the website says, and the website is often wrong!
Once again, I was told the package was going to be here between 11:00AM and 2:30.PM It's 11:00 at night, and still no package. And you know what it says on the website? It says it's going to be delivered TODAY, BY THE END OF THE DAY.
The last time this happened, I gave up and went to bed at midnight just to find that they delivered the package at 2:30 in the morning! They are lucky that no one stole it!
Idiots over there! PURE IDIOCY!
AND TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS EFFIN' COMMUNICATE!
THAT'S IT! IF THEY WOULD JUST COMMUNICATE THERE WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM!
UPS knows how to communicate, Amazon knows how to communicate. FEDEX?....NOPE!

Overpriced, unprofessional, inefficient and incompetent. You’re better off literally just lighting your money on fire. Avoid like the plague. The location is sketchy looking too.

False advertisement. Commercials show drivers going above and beyond, yet driver today couldn’t even get the right address. Took a picture of the wrong address and when the center called me, they stated they would see if the driver could return and would let me know…no call back. Horrible customer service and obviously the driver didn’t use their GPS correctly. Zero stars if I could. Terrible.

I would rate zero if I could. FedEx is terrible at delivery. The drivers are not using common sense when delivering. In a private community that has an office that receives mail when they did not have my space number, they delivered it to a random space instead of the office. On a second occasion it was after hours and they couldn't get through the gate, though the driver could have used the call box and look up the addresses number same as on the package but decided that the package was not able to deliver and sent it back to sender.
If the driver does not have the space number or can knock it in the gate, the least they can do is return it back to the FedEx location and try again. I will not to order from stores that deliver from FedEx if I can help it. So disappointed!!!

The customer service agent said that the Fed Ex office was opened until 6 pm today. He scheduled for us to pick up our package today only to find out that the office closed at 5. This was inaccurate information that was disappointing to my child and myself.

I’ve had two very disappointing experiences at this FedEx location, both involving the same front desk staff member — an African American woman whose name I unfortunately did not get. Her attitude and work ethic were consistently poor, and her behavior raised serious concerns about professionalism and potential bias.
First visit: I was the only customer in the lobby. Despite this, the staff member ignored me for several minutes while casually chatting with a coworker. When I finally approached her, she was visibly uninterested, barely responsive, and treated the interaction as if I was inconveniencing her.
Second visit: Again, I was the only customer present. She clearly saw me walk in, but chose to keep her back turned and continued to use her phone, pretending not to notice me. I had to verbally get her attention, at which point she looked up briefly without a word or acknowledgment, let alone a greeting.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially at a company like FedEx that relies on professionalism and efficiency. Her repeated disregard for customers, lack of basic courtesy, and overall indifference make her unfit for a front-facing role. I strongly urge FedEx management to review her conduct and take appropriate action.

Delivery drivers lying stating attempted to deliver two different days, but address info needed attention both days according to the drivers. Customer service state address is correct both times.The service reps give the run around and I don't feel they really tried to get my package to me on time and don't care.
