Today I called and spoke with Celine. The was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful.

Went there looking to repair or replace a valve for a shower couldn't find the exact valve which is ok. So I bought a delta repair kit paid like 7.85. Found the same repair kit at home Depot 3.89 that's like double retail. I don't mind if they make a profit double retail. Now that I think about it they have improved a little last time I 4 times retail so I guess I got a good deal or did I ? I thought they might have the valve they have a wide selection unfortunately you have to have deep pockets to buy there.

Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.

The Thursday I was there, it was running like a Russian grocery store, nothing in the bins and the guy at the front counter in a Ferguson sweatshirt smelled drunk talking loudly; Or he was drunk the night before. No stainless fittings, but there is an isle for it, limited sch80 parts, mostly galvanized and sch40. Site One had more in stock.

Although I was concerned about visiting after reading 2 negative reviews I read the responses from the business and decided to give Ferguson a try. I was greeted as soon as I entered and asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for and the guy offered to show me what they had. In the end, they didn't have what I needed but as it was for a non-plumbing use I completely understood. I will definitely be back!

I had a 5 yr old leaking AO Smith water heater I had purchased elsewhere. That place was giving me a hard time to do an exchange even though AO Smith had authorized it. I tried Ferguson and they did the swap, no questions asked!! Thank you Ferguson!!
