Flame Broiler is a simple fast-food chain located in Ontario. Known for their Korean-style meat and rice bowls, this restaurant sets itself apart by offering dishes that are free from dairy, trans-fat, and frying. I must say, their commitment to providing fresh and consistently good food is truly commendable.During my visit yesterday for brunch, I found this place to be a comparatively small Korean restaurant, with a seating capacity of up to 20 people. While the inside of the establishment was clean, I did notice a slight lack of organization. There were a couple of boxes placed next to the wheelchair seating area, which seemed out of place. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall dining experience.As for the food, I opted for the Spicy Korean Chicken Bowl. The dish lived up to its name, as it packed a bit of heat. However, the spiciness was perfectly balanced and added an exciting kick to the flavors. The chicken was tender and well-marinated, while the accompanying rice and vegetables provided a satisfying and wholesome meal.One aspect that truly impressed me was the fast and efficient customer service. The staff at Flame Broiler were not only quick in taking our orders but also displayed a genuine warmth and friendliness. Their attentiveness made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.In terms of pricing, Flame Broiler offers reasonable rates for the quality and portion size of their dishes. Overall, Flame Broiler is a restaurant that delivers on its promise of fresh and consistently good Korean-style meat and rice bowls. Despite a minor organizational issue, the clean and inviting atmosphere, along with the friendly staff, contribute to an overall positive dining experience.

Simply the best. Rice, veggies,sauce. Afford price. That is it.Compared to the other restaurants, this place is the best.We served in dessert base but the vehicle was broken. Before this restaurant opened we tried another one. It was awful and pricey.

Absolutely the worse location I've been too. It takes so long to get your food, the customer service is awful and the cook and cashier were just on their cell phone and AirPods in most of the time. No one even greets you. In the 30 mins we were there waiting for our food we heard 3 complaints from other customers. One was upset bc her chicken was pink and undercooked. the cook proceeds to say "oh you want it well done?" Then another customer complained for their wrong order after waiting 25 min. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. We finally got our order and the bowls didn't even have enough chicken. Management here needs to step it up and hire new employees that actually care about their jobs. Not to even mention how dirty the place looked.

This is the worst Flame Broiler I've been to. To start off, both the cashier and cook were on their phones. The cook didn't wash his hands to serve our food. Then I got the wrong order. Finally I got what I ordered, but the chicken was hard and old.

Drove all the way over there just to find the. closed during regular business hours. Also they never answer their phone.EVER. So no way to call an order in.

Suddenly card reader wasn't working and instead they're like do you have cAsH? Bro I'm here on my damn break the cook sees there's like 4 people waiting in line and is on his break or whatever with nothing cooking on the grill . Never coming back here again. Lousy employees , I know you're working for minimum wage but just know you ruin the lunch breaks of other HARDWORKING people . Tasted horrible too and undercooked

I recently visited Flame Broiler and overall, I had a satisfying experience. The restaurant offers simple and delicious food options, and I appreciated the convenience of the jalapenos in to-go containers. It was a great addition to my meal.An area that could be improved upon is the lack of a loyalty rewards program, which is now a standard feature in most restaurant chains, including other Flame Broiler locations. It would be great to see Flame Broiler introduce a similar program, especially since this location is conveniently located off the freeway. Implementing such a program would incentivize me to come back and sample more of their menu offerings.One aspect that I particularly enjoyed was the flexibility to choose the vegetables I wanted in my bowl. This made it easy for me to customize my meal to my personal taste. The service was also prompt, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.Overall, I recommend The Flame Broiler to those looking for a quick, tasty, and healthy meal option. With some improvements to their rewards program, it would be a top contender in the fast-casual dining space.Also, a tip for fellow vegetarians and vegans: I recommend ordering the tofu well done, as it adds a nice crispy texture and enhances the overall flavor of the dish.

This flame broiler gives very small portions. I frequently eat at flame broilers all over and have never received a bowl with such small portions.

Not even worth it for $11.95 for a beef bowl and they don’t even give you enough. It’s like half of the bowl is missing. This place sucks I recommend not to come here save your money.

Why is there nothing cooking on the grill? Bad sign when you go inside a restaurant and don't hear or smell anything! SMH! Placed my order and 30 seconds later my food was bagged to go! No cabbage, 2 stalks of broccoli and the chicken and beef weren't even warm. Rice was hot though...this place is a joke I was told flame broiler was better out of all the other teriyaki fast food places...NOPE
