Super disappointed that we got crappy service due to a lack integrity. My husband and I only came to Ontario footlocker because we were advised by the San bernardino location to come here because they have a bigger selection, after not seeing anything he liked in their location. We understand that not having a gift receipt we can only exchange for another pair of shoes. In the San bernardino location they told us the shoes exchange was valued at $80. With that in mind, when we walked into the Ontario location...the manager or shift lead asked my husband how he could help and after my husband told him he was looking to exchange the shoes he was gifted, he was sent to the registers to be properly assisted. Now, I'm not sure if he didn't realize I had walked in with my husband but I was standing right behind the manager, shift lead or whatever he was when he told the female behind the register though his ear piece to give my husband "the lowest value possible on the white and orange shoes he was taking up there". I went up there and the female was trying to tell him the shoes were only worth $40. What a joke. Shame on the manager or supervisor guy who put his employee in that position to have to explain to a customer why her superior was picking and choosing the value of things depending on who walks in. AND shame on the manager or shift lead for dodging us as we walked out. Super infuriating and belittling. Good thing these shoes were a gift because I cannot see myself or my family ever coming back to this footlocker to make future purchases. Ontario footlocker, yall suck. Respectfully.

Update I have been contacted by Foot Lockers corporate office. They will investigate. Thank you Foot Locker corporate office. ::::::My wife and I recently visited a Footlocker in the Ontario Mills Mall We bought several items including two pairs of Air Jordans blue suede. $400 in merchandise. The store did not have both pairs of shoes in stock. We took one home and one was to be delivered to the store in Ontario Mills. We did not have them delivered to our home because we were going to be out of town for several days. When I went to pick up the shoes they could not find them. I waited over 2 hours. Finally I asked the (assistant manager / manager) Brii If I could have a refund. Brii told me no because they had to find out what happened to the shoes. I approached another manager and she told me I could have a refund she told me Brii would give me a refund. When I went back to brii she did not want to help me she was rude unhelpful just mean an unhappy person. In my opinion she hated her job. It took another 15 minutes for Brii to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for my refund. Brii would not give me a refund. Because I did not have the credit card used to make the purchase (My wife bought the items she was not with me). It was not my fault The shoes were stolen not found or whatever. I ended up getting a store credit from Brii. I was not the only customer waiting for items that were lost/stolen. That have been previously paid for. Any managers from the foot locker seeing this review. Please please check Your Ontario Mills store. It's possible you have a thief. As I was leaving another unhappy customer said to me maybe the manager stole it. I don't know. What I do know. Brii marked the return as Lost marked verify return. That is not true I did not lose anything. I did not receive anything. And I did not return anything. This place was awful Brii was not helpful at all. I will never go to a Footlocker store again. I loved the footlocker. Now one of my children won't have the Air Jordans they wanted for Christmas Thank you foot locker.

Went in to buy melo shoes they had a price tag of 49 dollars mgr did not want to honor price because she said they made a mistake was very rude she should not be working here thats why they have the rating they do her name is jasmin nunez

I had good customer service with the guy who helped me find my shoe sizes he was very chill. Then I get to the line and was unaware the line started on the other side along with another customer in front of me. I was the only one that got yelled at from a short cashier with a sour attitude. Don’t know her name but chubby round face with slick back pony around 4 pm Black Friday. She was in the front right side of the cash register. I know Black Fridays are hectic but if a cashier can’t calm down her stress don’t put her in the front if they are going to take it out on the customer.

What ever you do don't purchase Niki shoes in Ontario Mills I purchase Air Force one's they fell apart on the sides of the souls I called Footlocker in Ontario Mills mall they told me that's you're problem go pound sand their rude they don't care about there customers they will not stand by there products do yourself a favor run from this place 0 star's for Ontario Mills Footlocker!!!! Only wore them twice sad?
