Stood in line for 20 min. Only 2 cashiers working by the front door with line of at least 15 people. Still in line waiting when am employees came over to say the other registers at the other side of store had no waiting and left without helping. What if I wasn't to get rung up here because my car is out side. Horrible customer service.

Yesterday me and my girlfriend indeed went shopping to your store at the Ontario Mills and I have to say there is the most unprofessional employee skills I have ever experienced there at your store first of all I don't know why and how I'll send employees decided to point my girlfriend out as a person who is going to shoplift when she shop there plenty of times she picked out four different outfits when she was going to buy went to the dressing room I sat down there in a nearby bench which I always do when all the sudden employees started to cuddle up right outside her dressing room door they became they start talking a bunch of disrespectful things which I was hearing and but they had no idea then my girlfriend comes out to her surprise to see all these employees there just standing there like nothing then she gets upset hands the outfits to the attendant with no intention to buy him which was would have been a nice sale but she ended up holding on to a bathing suit with she would think about buying but did it because she became more pissed and insulted only to just throw them on a clothing rack we then exited the store exciting that that was very rude and disrespectful when all the sudden small security approaches us and lets us know but then we show them our bags we have nothing on us and they let us go which was embarrassing as well this is the people that Forever 21 are rude and need a rude awakening themselves because of this incident they've lost a customer for life and a sale yesterday because she shops there every week spending at least $250 a day what happened I don't know you might want to ask your employees they'll know thank you

My wife had an online order here for pickup for hello kitty item that was in high demand. Because we were out of town, we had called the store and an employee by the name of Marie said she asked her mgr n had said we could pick it up a day after the last day on the order email and they would hold it. We get to the store after landing at Ontario airport to find out they dont have her order anymore and she checks her email and did get a order cancellation email. Very rude and disappointing to say they would hold it. Someone therr prob snagged it for themselves. Such a waste of time going here if they cant keep their word and mislead us. Train your managers better!

This place was one of our favorite spots at Ontario Mills for buying clothes but now we usually don't come here anymore. Their products' quality has gone down a lot in recent years. The price is also high considering the quality even though their products are on sale most of the time. Most of their clothes are made of low quality polyester and overpriced. You will be lucky enough if the clothes last more than 3 or 4 washes. So far we have no complaints about their customer service. But they seriously need to improve the quality of their products if they wanna regain their old reputation.

The BEST Forever 21 I've Ever Been to! It has 2 floors and clothes for children, men, women, boys and girls. Very organized and well stocked. The customer service is very good. The staff are very nice and very helpful. THE BEST‼️?

This store quality has gone down the dressing rooms are ridiculously dirty it’s not acceptable to think it’s ok for a customer to try on new clothes in this environment I went into two dressing rooms and each one was dusty and musty as hell the walls had all kind of stains and the bench!!! For you to sit on come on now there is no way this store is being cleaned everyday. Please do better so customers are comfortable shopping here.
