Hugo Solis in claims is very dishonest and never follows up when he says he will . It’s just bad service and in bad faith stay away

Worst untrained staff ever!! These people have no clue about what they are doing give you the run around and complete bullshit!!!

Had them for around a year. Ladies in the office have always been very polite and helpful. Never had issues but also never had to file a claim. Ended up cancelling because I got a better quote. Cancelation was very easy, office rep Genesis was a pleasure to deal with.
