BEST Home Depot in the area! All the staff goes out of their way to say Good Morning and all are very helpful! They have the best Christmas trees at a great price! Found the perfect tree! Walter took very good care of us today, wanted to make sure Home Depot knew what an amazing employee they have!

Went to get wood, ended up getting 53 blocks. Walter saw us getting these and decided to help us out after seeing us take a minute. Then was super nice to help us bring it to the counter and even help load it into our truck. Super grateful for his help.

I just wanted to say I came to The Home Depot and asked Drew a million questions. Every time I thought I knew where something was I realized I still needed help. Drew helped me about 8-9 times at around 9:00pm. He was extremely helpful and had a smile. Out of all the workers he was the only one around that didn't hesitate to help my mom and I! I just want to say way to go Drew!!! Thank you for ALL your help and support! Great customer service

The workers seem too busy to provide adequate help. Overall quality and customer service needs improvement. Many times, I been led to the wrong department or material due lack of knowledge of dales clerks.

I spoke with Ethan in rentals about renting a small circular saw and he guided me on what I would need and how to buy one to save money in the long run. Now I own a circular saw and am able to modify my desk in the music studio and make clean cuts any time I need. Thank you Ethan for your expertise, time and consideration.

We've been coming to Home Depot in Ontario on Euclid Ave. for years. In the closed in area of the gardening department. It is infested with RATS!!! Last weekend I walked in that area and it smelled like RAT feces!!! Corporate offices of Home Depot need to take care of that. Employees and customers can get sick of some toxic bacteria from that.

Jackie in the garden section of the store was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to go twice in one day and both times she left a bad taste in my mouth. Ugly energy.

I gave my mom a gift card to Home Depot for Mother's Day because she likes to garden and the cashier accused her of stealing the gift card, my mom went to go use the gift card today and she didn't believe that my mom bought the gift card so she made my mom wait for almost 30 mins for her to go check the cameras. Like are you joking ? how can you steal a gift card when a gift card needs to be activated in order for it to work. All she had to do was scan the gift card to pay to see that it was valid but because my mom didn't take it out of the package she automatically assumed that my mom stole it. That cashier needs to be trained better, this is unacceptable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT!!!I went in tonight, and as always I like to look and see if the clearance isles have anything good. Well I found lights for my stairs that do not use batteries. The ones I saw were perfect. I go to pay and I tell the cashier that they were in the clearance but no price. This other employee comes at me with an attitude and tells me "well no they are not on clearance. Sometimes customers say they get them there but aren't. You were just looking in the wrong section." What does she think I am... Stupid. I know how to read. So I ask to talk to a manager. I explain to him that there is a huge box in clearance but not coming up as clearance. Well, he goes on and gives me this long speech about how they were overstock or under stock or shelving them. Obviously in language I don't get because I don't work there. So, as I walk over with the manager , the rude employer is back there removing the box from the space. This has happened before and since it has been their employees mistakes, for not putting the items in the correct places, I have been given a markdown price on it. BUT NO NOT THIS HOME DEPOT! I live minutes from this one but I'd rather drive 12 minutes and not give my business to this particular store. It wasn't even about the markdown so much but rather also that they were taking to me like I was a dumb ass! For your information, Hone Depot! I am well educated. Well, this is the last time I give my business to them!!!

I was trying to purchase a LG washer and dryer for a housewarming gift for my son who lives in San Diego County. However, the website showed that it was unavailable for delivery in his area and also if I ordered from another county it would be a couple of months before delivery. My husband decided to call the Home Depot on Euclid in Ontario and we were connected to Jackie G., Appliance Specialist. Jackie's customer service was so outstanding we decided to just get off the phone and go to Home Depot. We ended up purchasing the GE Profile Washer and Dryer that evening 1/16 and it was delivered 1/24. Jackie G.'s customer service was personalized, informative, timely, relevant and consistent from the first touchpoint to the last. Jackie made it easy and enjoyable to do business with Home Depot.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator in 2020. I also purchased the 5 year protection plan. As stated in the protection plan, when you buy a water filter from Home Depot, you would be reimbursed 50% of the price of the filter. Every time I request the reimbursement online after uploading the receipt and filling out the necessary information, it always says, sorry looks like you have clicked on a broken link. Home Depot can you fix this issue? Please?
